I only gave them 5 stars because I wasn’t able to give them 6. I skipped two meals today to get some work done, so I picked up my first meal of the day here. It was delicious. I believe I beat the dinner rush, there was only one other person eating here when I arrived. No complaints and the food and service was phenominal.

We were given our ice cream in the drive-thru and then parked to wait on our food. By the time we got the food, our ice cream was already a melted mess, even worse by the time we got home. I (stupidly) ordered the rotisserie chicken bites, attempting to order something healthier than a burger. These things were a shameful excuse for food. Dry as a bone and tiny, tiny, TINY. They were also supposed to be served with a “house made special ranch”, but had cocktail sauce in the box instead. The fries were limp and gross too. The rest of the family ordered burgers, and they were much happier with their meals.

The manager Stacy is super rude. I called to cancel my order and she hung up on me. Then the next time I called to tell her she should not be hanging up on customers and she started screaming at me that she will not argue with me and did not hang up on me, but then actually proceeded to hang up on me. Super rude. That is not customer service. Rude rude rude.

Was served our food and asked if we would like ketchup. We politely said no thanks, could we have a couple ranchs? The employee said they would have to ask their manager….? Then came back and said we would have to pay for them…? We paid over $30 for 2 meals and two ice cream and we can’t get a couple ranch dips. We could of gone to a nice restaurant and not got charged for the ranch. Where is the customer service these days!

The people here are sweet BUT PLEASE WHEN HANDING ICE CREAM CONES … the cones should be in a sleeve you take a napkin and pull the cone NEVER touch a customer cones with your hands … who wants the people dealing with there money to touch what’s going in there mouth..if I was giving a star for kindness they would get 5 stars there really amazing just wish they where more sanitized…. / I have been back the people are very nice the store is very clean but I still have to ask for my food to be handled properly im changing my star to a three from a one

I often visit this Dairy Queen through my travels around the city. Employees in the back are always cursing and lacking in professionalism. I have a six year old kid and they do not need to hear the language. I have also had multiple issues with the lobby closing at random times during each visit. They range from 3:30 PM (today Saturday) and 7 PM on other days. The food set is has not been bad but the inconsistency of lobby times and lack of professionalism is hard to stomach. Management is struggling here and I can only hope that there is an improvement

Went through the drive thru, used a credit card to pay. I haven’t used that physical card in quite some time. A few hours after I left, someone used my credit card number to attempt online purchases of over $700 dollars. Thankfully my cc company stopped it and notified me. Suspicious that I would go there and immediately have this issue, especially when I haven’t handed that card to anyone else in months.
