I like this Dunkin. I find the staff to be friendly and the store to be clean, especially the windows. Not a lot of seating inside but enough so that it’s not to cramped if there are a couple people there. Plenty of parking out front. They have a drive-thu which is really convenient for raining and cold days.

I took my daughter to this Dunkin Donuts location. The girl working behind the counter was unpleasant, and they had absolutely no donuts. Not on single kind of donuts. Dunkin DONUTS has no donuts. 6 hours left before they close for the day and no donuts. I highly suggest you take your business to another location.

Using my dunking app which I qualify for a discount. They always charge me for full price and won’t fix the problem on their register. So I go to another Dunkin and I have no problem at all and I get the awarded discount. So I get the receipt from the smart Dunkin and bring it back to the cashier who charged me full price. I showed him the receipt and they said he didn’t know how to correct it on his register. Watch out for these crooked dunkin stores. They don’t care about your apps or your discounts, only the money.

Employees do not have gloves on while handling food, they wipe their noses then handle people’s orders and have poor hygiene! I will not be going to this DD ever again! I am absolutely grossed out!

They get my order wrong. Every. Single. Time. I’ve tried placing orders through the app, drive thru, and at the register. They get annoyed when I point out that they made my order wrong and will still get it wrong the second time.

It was dead. I order my coffee and food. I get my coffee immediately. 15 minutes goes by and I’m still waiting on my food. I order another beverage, I get that immediately. My husband goes to ask how much longer for our food, we find out that they didn’t even start to make the food because no one looked up at the screen that has the orders(..what..). We had somewhere to be, so we couldn’t wait any longer unfortunately. We ask for a refund since we couldn’t wait, manager comes over to issue it, but instead of issuing it, she charges the card again..we are now waiting to deal with the franchise owner to be issued a $22 refund since we never got our food, and were charged for the amount that was to be refunded! I tried to call the store 3 times, no answer and at the end of the ringing the phone just hung up, so I couldn’t even leave a message. This is really frustrating.
