The food is always on point. I give a hats off to the kitchen staff. I also give a hats off to the wait staff they are awrsome!!! My 3 star rating is as a delivery driver. On more than one occasion I’ve felt disrespected. I realize they are busy and well, so am I. I do things by the book and unfortunately on more than one occasion the hostess has asked me to confirm BEFORE I actually had the food in my hand. That’s not how it works. The confirmation means I have the food, and have CHECKED the food for all items. On more than one occasion all of the food wasn’t even with the bag. I don’t mind waiting. I don’t mind showing the confirmation, but do not ask me to confirm it before I have ALL of the items. I have explained this twice so far to the same person and they got a little mouthy. Said person has gotten rather disrespectful towards me in my opinion on two occasions. I let it slide the first time. I have never not followed my company’s rules nor have I ever not followed their rules. Are all delivery gig workers as ace as I am? No. I’ve seen some pretty janky gig workers. That said, treat me with an ounce of respect and I will double it every time. No. 1, know the rules. No confirmation until all of the food is accounted for. No. 2, maybe show a little respect . I haven’t been back as a customer since I was disrespected as a delivery person. Does it make one iota of a difference? Not at all. They are busy busy busy. Do I want said person in trouble? No. I just want them to respect all people. I don’t enjoy leaving mid reviews but I felt this needed to be said.

Since when is this a “BOWL” of soup to go, and why wasn’t it hot when I got it? Why was this soup not served in the same bowl you serve a to-go bowl of pinto beans? Why did I pay close to $6 for what amounts to not even a measured one cup of soup? This is pathetic!!

I ordered to go and once I got to the check-In parking spot I almost waited 35 to 40 mins before I got my food in which I had to get out my car and go into the restaurant to get it myself because nobody would bring it out to me like they was suppose to do. Also once I got in to get my food I noticed that there wasn’t no other customers waiting to be seat or anything so there wasn’t a reason for my order to no to be brought out to me. The workers was just talking while my order sat on the counter. It’s sad that I have to leave the review because I like Crackle Barrel .

Very good food, no wait to be seated, and we went on a Friday at lunch. Waitress was friendly and attentive. She came to our table many times, we never had to ask for refills, she took care of us, before we asked. The food was delicious. I had stopped going to Cracker Barrel because the food was tasting bland, but now, it is back to being delicious!

tried to eat there on tuesday last week. the restaurant wasn’t busy. no reason for the food to be taking as long as it was for 2 people. there were people who were sitting down and was getting their food in 10 minutes. i noticed that the only tables that didn’t have their food was our servers tables. had somewhere to be so had to leave. went back on sunday to give them the benefit of the doubt. sat down our server was so sweet. after we put in our order i felt something on my arm. when i looked down i saw the BIGGEST roach that i’ve ever seen in my life crawling up my arm. i slapped it off and the server came to us after explaining he said he didn’t blame us for wanting to leave. i understand there’s roaches everywhere but it’s about containing them. i definitely don’t want roaches crawling all over me when i’m expecting to eat. the last 3 times i’ve been to this cracker barrel it has been the WORST experience and i never plan on coming back.

I’m not sure if they are under staffed or what but we wait an hour after ordering our food to receive it. The waiter did bring out a couple biscuits to eat while we waited. The waiter also didn’t bring out the extra eggs we ordered and by the time we got her attention we were already halfway done eating. We mentioned that since we were almost finished she did have to bring them out just take it off the ticket. She claimed she couldn’t do that then brought out eggs afta another 15min wait and we were basically done eating. She said no matter what we would have to pay for the eggs because she already rung it up. We left her a decent tip but should of left less for her lying

Got seated pretty easy but service was not good. We ordered our food and the waiter came awhile later and said your food is done but we don’t have Chicken Pot pie. Had to reorder one of our plates. By the time we got our food the steak we ordered was cold and tuff. I ordered mine well done and got it bleeding. Was not good at all. I showed the waiter and he said “ Well that’s why you don’t order steak at a restaurant.” Very rude comment and service. Horrible experience for our 20 year anniversary.
