Ordered curbside… after 20m of watching employees just stand around I went inside. Took them for ever to even talk to Me while in side. Then a girl came up front and was looking at the tickets “12 sandwiches, who orders 12 sandwhiches….” I was like some one who has 6 people in there house they feed…!!! …was like” oh this is your order. ” ..”YES!” Then to find out all my sandwiches and fries where all done just sitting there… the fries where old and cold…could tell been just sitting there.. Told them I wanted fresh fries and the lady rolled her eyes and said 6 mediam fries going to waste. …

4/1/23 8:00 Trashy and unprofessional staff. The restaurant was filthy. Receipt paper, trash, and food was on the floor. The people behind the counter refused to take our order and altogether ignored us. We resorted to the ap. The tall man behind the counter at the drive thru was talking very loud and using profanity with the other staff members. Not a desirable experience. Hopefully Our food is acceptable. 25 minutes later we got our food. Some of the food was unacceptable so we waited another 10 minutes to get it remade. Meanwhile people coming in and not being served. I picked up a receipt off the ground. It had been in the floor in front of the the register since 2pm.

this place is terrible. ignored my question and call for assistance. staff is hanging around but won’t help customers. rude and very ignorant. we ordered 3 sodas, 2 apple pies, and one large fries. the only thing they gave to us was one large fries and 1 apple pie. took 10 minutes to just get 3 large cups for the sodas. took us another 5 minutes to ask the staff to refill the large cup caps. it had taken us so long because the staff ignored us. another thing to note, they were very rude when answering us. this place is trash and should be closed down.

I always go in before appointments with my service dog and today as I was leaving I accidentally dropped my drink. I forgot her name but we formed a bond when I was early on in my pregnancy and she knows my health conditions. I felt so bad about dropping the drink but she said don’t worry about it. I haven’t had issues with my medical condition for a while until today and she was awesome ❤️

Waited in a long line and watched the other lane of cars keep moving that had gotten there after me while no one took my order. Eventually I say “hello”. And the response I got was “sorry, system is down. Bye”. I pulled out of line and the lady at the window gave me the dirtiest look. I thought that seemed weird because no cars were getting out of the drive thru lane. I hung around in parking lot to see if other cars were going through fine and they were. How incredibly rude and unprofessional of your employee.

So ordered my food which isn’t hard 4 bundles for my family. I asked the lady that took my money if the amount was for 4 bundles she reassured me it was gave me my chance and receipt and realized I only got sandwichs so I ask the lady at the next window if there was some way she could fix it and she refused to pretty much. Until I had to make some type of a scene. I even offered to pay the difference which would have been just a couple of bucks I had no problem. After waiting almost 30 minutes not cool customer service sucks

Horrible, horrible service and I asked for no pickles and no mustard and they still put it on there, I am deathly allergic to mustard and pickles and I could have been in the hospital tonight. Get your staff in check and go over your rules and policies with the staff.

Well, what I thought would be a quick stop for a McFlurry turned into an over 15-minute stop. I waited a long time after ordering, and I thought I was just being patient. But after I got to the window and was asked to pull forward and wait, I knew I was in trouble. Another 5+ minute wait. I know it takes a while. But I just wish they said it could be a wait. Then I could have made the choice. Also, McFlurry was more vanilla shake with oreos sprinkled on top than an actual McFlurry.
