I ordered a sandwich, and it took ten minutes for them to make it. When I picked it up, I noticed they had made it wrong, which is fine, but the guy tried to get me to take it anyways. When I took a bite, I noticed they had still not followed the printed order directions. It had the wrong meat and included other wrong ingredients. I love Jimmy John’s, and I have never left a negative review, but this was a uniquely bad experience.

Absolutely amazing service and staff, the really tall manager was intimidating at first, but did a fantastic job even while swamped by a large group. Food was delicious and well made, and they were freaky fast. Wish the card reader would be fixed, but other than that slight inconvenience, this is the best Jimmy John’s in the area.

This is the 2nd time I have pre-ordered my lunch to be delivered (the night before) and it has come an hour late. There is no courtesy call, I have to call to track down my lunch and i get to hear abpout them being busy, short handed and waiting for another delivery driver etc… My job is 4 minutes away from them, I do not have the luxury to leave to get lunch and I have a set lunch schedule. It is very frustrating to say the least. You’d think they would offer me a discount or free side item, but nope nothing. Bad business.

Friendly attitude, but correct mask-wearing was not a strong part of their customer service. Sandwiches taste good. They actually messed up my order, realized it as I was about to leave, and made me the correct one…so I got to keep an extra sandwich. We get takeout at this restaurant about one a week and plan to keep doing it.

I have to admit I am giving this a one star only for the fact that the subs were delicious. This is the 2nd time that we have received poor customer service. The 2 young girls (same ones each visit) acted as though our coming in was an inconvenience. Since the store is open until 7pm, when customers walk in at 6:50pm they should not be made to feel as though they dont want to make people a sub. Also, to top it off their was inappropriate music on in the store that as an adult made me blush. I will think twice before going to this location!!

I’m a stroke victim, and am still in recovery I wear boxers and t shirts cause its easier .they called me this morning and told me they couldn’t deliver to me anymore because of what i wear. Theyvebhad to many complaints they said . well I’m used to spending 200.00 to 300.00 a month on the convince of this company that’s just money saved I guess.
