I went thru the drive thru for a grilled chicken salad, which the employee was that took the order said would be an 8 minute wait on the grilled chicken. We had to pull forward to the side door after paying and wait. My girlfriend and I got caught up in a conversation and lost track of time. Noticing that 17 minutes had passed since I ordered, I had to walk inside to get the salad. I’m guessing now at Bojangles is drive up ordering with walk-in food pickups. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service!!!!!☹️☹️☹️☹️

The food was hot and fresh. The inside was very busy and the air conditioning was turned up high. The employees got into an argument while we were dining. Not the best thing for visitors to see. But overall the restaurant is a nice place to get some really good chicken tenders and fries. Also, the grilled chicken sandwich and salads are delicious!

Me and my family went to order some food and decided to go to the bathrooms first. The ladies bathroom was A MESS. I politely and quietly went to the service counter to ask someone if they could clean the restroom so that we could go. They asked, What it look like? I told them. They then look back and forth like who is going to clean it. Somebody went to look but nobody cleaned it. I was really irritated because I had to use the restroom so I volunteered to clean the bathroom so me and my family could go. Then I was like, never mind and we left. It was truly sad that I even had to volunteer to clean the bathroom that they get paid to clean. Kind of made me feel like if y’all won’t even clean the bathroom,your hands probably ain’t clean either. I went to Popeyes, their bathroom wasn’t clean either. But when I said something Anastasia did not have a attitude and she promptly went to clean the bathroom right after. She washed her hands and put gloves after every customer orders. She was very polite and very clean. Shame on you. Zaxby’s. I understand that you can’t control what people do in your bathrooms. If a customer comes in and ask you to clean it so they can use it, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Ordered a 4 finger dinner and didn’t get my coleslaw and not the first time either just fries and chicken and my bread. Is there a slaw shortage I don’t know about… just saying good food but you better check your order before leaving. Ordering our side you always get screwed

Workers have a poor attitude and act like they have little to no drive. Service sucks…definitely needs an employee overhaul. It’s obvious that owners do not check in on their staff. Just goes to show you how Americans view customer service.

We stopped through for some food, coming up 95. The first thing that disappointed was there was no baby changing station in either of the restrooms, but I know not all restaurants have them. We ordered our food and the Coke Freestyle machine was out of just about everything – no coke, root beer, sprite, Dr Pepper – you name it it was out, only Fanta or high c or cream soda. When we got our food the outside of the box for the fries was covered with seasoning and grease – like a greasy hand print, and the chicken sandwich didn’t have much sauce on it but all in all the food tasted fine. My husband also said the soap dispenser was broken in the mens restroom. I’m a little disappointed with the overall experience just because the restaurant looked so new and clean. But it served its purpose as a stop off the interstate – as I said the food was fine.

They need to get a manager in there that can train these people on how to do their jobs. Every one acts like it’s their first day in the job and can’t function. Clearly there is a lack of training on how to take customers orders and process those orders. Customers would wait 45 minutes for food! To all of this the answer was to close the dining room for service. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The drink station had so many out of stock sodas. They had too many people but still were not able to stock. The service was not good. I told the person that the sauce is missing but she kept on saying no it’s inside the bag. When I opened the bag, the sauce was missing.
