Sub Station ll USED to be our weekend thing. The price has increased, the amount of food has decreased, and customer service on 7/28/23 was none existence. What happened? I understand price increase, but at least give the same amount of food. Customer service is still important. I wish the people who were working that evening would actually like to be around people or at least pretend when customers walk in. Jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s are definitely winning at this point. I hope the atmosphere changes in the near future.

If I could give this location a zero on service I would. Absolutely horrid customer service. Every time I go in there the employees have the worst attitudes. At best they will do the bare minimum. The Lexington location has never been so rude when I’ve asked for them to put chopped pickles on my sub. And why are they always on their phones??? If you have to keep saying “huh” to the customer then perhaps take your air pods out!

Tried for lunch . Customer service was bad the place was dirty and a dollar cheaper than subway. If I could call for a health inspection I would. The place is small looks bigger outside. I’ll just go somewhere else for the price. Should of took pics but giving them benifit of doubt it was a bad day but the employees attitude sucked.

I wanted a good sub so since hubby and I were close to sub station 2 we decided to try it we ordered whole #27 turkey ham roast beef on wheat bread all the way adding mayo mustard and bananas peppers. The turkey is definitely processed meat tasteless and nasty. I tried adding salt and pepper for taste. Still tasteless. Absolutely disgusting. $14 down the drain

Food is always good. I went to get a salad and the gentleman was extremely pleasant. I forgot to get my salad dressing and he ran out to my car make sure I had it. Thanks! Great Service ! : Edit This Post. Aug 28, 2020 . Sub Station II has this best subs in town. (Hands down)! But recently I read a post from a gentle stating how unclean the place was. At first I tried to over look that he was absolutely right. I went to get a sub on yesterday and business was really slow.I was the only customer there so it would allow for staff to clean . I am not here to bash this place , because I love love their subs , but you guys have got to do some deep house cleaning. I just ask that management walk through the front entrance and take a look at your business from our view point. It is really dirty. If everyone pitched in with some deep cleaning from the walls with all the food splashing and a deep floor cleaning you guys should be able to make this happen . I will have to take a step back and hope you guys address this concern.

5/19/23 the 2 young men working did not want to be there and it was so obvious neither spoke or even smiled. For $13 sandwich, it had a very thin layer of meat..mostly it was bread. The cabinets were filthy and covered in spattered food. Sorry won’t be back. It’s definitely gone down in service and food.

They’re okay. The people who work there are very nice. But when you can have a sub like jersey mikes or Publix, choose those. Not many options as far as bread. And likewise, in my opinion, they charge way too much for bread and 3 – 4 slices of ham stuffed in a 6 inch sub bread.

The young employee girl that worked here on 2/5/23 around 3pm is awful and refused my senior citizen mother a refund after the employee was extremely rude to her! There was also another young girl employee in there that didn’t offer to help! She literally wouldn’t give my mom her money back and when asked to speak to the manager, the employee said the manager was “her aunt”! With everything going on in the world customer service should never suffer! I’m upset the owners would even allow someone so rude to work in their establishment. We’ve been coming to this store for years and this young worker has tipped the scale when it AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE TREATMENT! She literally fussed at my mom and told her she wasn’t fixing her salad nor would she give her money back ! This happened around 3pm on Feb 5,2023!

The fact that your associates think that me asking for pickle spears is TOO MUCH. Like SERIOUSLY. but I didn’t say anything about y’all having conversations about things that didn’t concern my order. The young lady with the colored locs was trying to make up for I guess your nasty person in charges attitude but there isn’t enough smiling in the world. Sitting in parking lot as I leave this review. It’s been YEARS since I’ve been here and I’ll NEVER come back. I wish I could give 0 stars.
