We were in the area and craving Green Burrito! Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms work by code you have to ask for. Food was very good, took a while to get it. We ate outside due to having our dog with us. Will definitely be back.

Ordered at the drive thru, asked for a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich combo and a famous star combo with one of their new lemonades. Not only was the girl on the speaker rushing us, she got our order wrong. I asked for extra pickles on the famous star, and not only did I not get the extra pickles, they gave me a double western. When we got to the window the girl that took our payment had an attitude and didn’t seem friendly at all. Only got one straw with our 2 drinks, and when they asked if we wanted any sauce, the manager walked away from us mid sentence, almost made us feel like being a burden for saying yes we wanted sauces. Got home and tried our food and the lemonade and it’s straight up sugar water. Does not taste like lemon at all. I was severely disappointed today and I will not be back. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time and I get it, everyone has an off day, but it’s not difficult to read a screen and make the food accordingly, and it isn’t hard to be nice to people. When you work in the food service industry, you are the face of the company, and the people they have working here are not representing the company well. Do better.

I came in the dining room here at this carls (which I usually don’t) around 9pm a couple days ago and the young shift leader Joshua was super helpful with my order and he helped me decide on options I didn’t know they had! Ordered chicken strips, criss cut fries and a bottle of water. The fries were old and borderline cold, chick tasted like it was cooked an hour ago and they were out of bottled water. Staff did not have a concept of custom service. No hello, no that’ll you come again. Just give me your money, here’s your food get out. Like.kost Carl’s Jr this location sucks. If I wasn’t running late I would have drove further and went anywhere else.
