315 Restaurant & Wine Bar Menu – Santa Fe, NM

Type : Modern French restaurant

Location : Santa Fe, NM

We are dedicated to serving both modern and contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal local ingredients. We believe this lends a unique approach to this time-honored cuisine. With a grassroots initiative, our dishes are prepared from scratch using exceptional care in the procurement of every ingredient. In this way, we pay respect to the community by finding new ways to support Santa Fe’s unique culture of food and art. French food is much more than the classic dishes we all have learned to know and love. It is a philosophy within its composition and a discipline in its technique. Using carefully selected ingredients, we look for ways to enhance a dish rather than overwhelm it. This is where the dance begins between the food & wine.

We’ve grown to love this restaurant over the years. We have been there several times even during Covid, and our experience has been great consistently. I’m not sure why some people would complain about their service.

It was a pleasant meal, the service was great. I would recommend the fried chicken, and the lobster. The meats were cooked perfectly, done but still juicy. The sides on both dishes were great as well.

Lovely quaint place. Parking across the street! Great wine list. Loved the oysters. Grouper was so delicious with artichokes and fennel. The duck confit was well prepared. Dessert we shared the profiteroles and you get 3 nice size ones. Great staff.

The entire experience was phenomenal, from the food to the wine to the staff. Well done. I would definitely go there again. I chose the right spot for a Valentines dinner date.

Didn’t eat her, only had a glass of wine, but it’s on our list when we come back. Looks like the classic, intimate French restaurant. Menu looked fantastic. Tasted the homemade Worcestershire sauce, which was delicious.

The food, staff, and location are great! The only reason why it’s less than five stars is because the bartender interchanged one of the bourbons we requested with something else, and we happened to be sitting in the bar area to see it. The bar selection is great, but the bartender needs to be able to tell the difference between bottom shelf and aged bourbon, especially when selecting an expensive neat pour. Great selection of oysters, very fresh, and the pate was some of the best we’ve ever had, definite kudos to the chef!

Our waiter was personable and funny. The atmosphere and price point felt like other upscale Santa Fe restaurants but the food did not. The asparagus soup with mushrooms was great. Caesar salad fell flat. Neither of us enjoyed the Grouper. The French Fried Chicken was described as being the best people have had which led to a disappointing meal. The chicken was tender and juicy but lacked great flavor and crunch. The mashed potatoes were too salty but perfect consistency and the greens beans were fine. We told our waiter our disappointment in the Grouper and he bought out dessert on the house. The Candy Cap Mushroom ice cream and Apple Crisp were excellent. Leaving on a good note was nice.

They have an extensive wine list here with some more affordable bottles if you’re not looking to break the bank. The service was good, but also a little off at times and forgetful. The cheese plate was probably the best thing we had. As far as the other dishes, they were good but I wouldn’t say quite lived up to the price point expectations. It’s a great little patio to enjoy your meal at and close to a lot of other bars and restaurants.

Some friends had recommended this restaurant to me for my visit to Santa Fe. It was amazing! I definitely count this as one of the top 5 dining experiences of my life. The owner and chef came to our table and checked on us. The food and wine was amazing. (Make sure to ask for wine pairings.) I will definitely go back the next time I am in Santa Fe. Go visit…you won’t be disappointed!
