Literally had a wreak in their drive thru. The whole staff came out made sure we were okay and the most genuine people in the situation! The kindness they gave us in this unexpected situation was truly humbling experience! Plus we had only ordered two strips and fries for my 3 year old. After all that happened we were surprised by extra chicken strips and fries in our bag! The manager they have was so sweet and caring about the whole thing!

Went through drive through and had to wait a bit at rush hour. Drove off and realized we were short on chicken. Turned around to see about the chicken shortage and honestly didn’t expect much customer service at this time of day. I was blown away by the owner/manager. He greeted me as I walked in, asked what was wrong (since I was carrying my shorted order for them to check) and owned the problem. He explained they were super busy and they would love to make it right if I could wait just a couple of minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. He then offered me a gallon of their Amazing sweet tea as an apology for the wait. He spoke to and corrected the kitchen staff with understanding but firm corrections. He then made good on the order. Then he went way beyond with fresh rolls and French fries so mine weren’t too cold when I got home, and extra chicken on top of the shortage. Amazing customer service and leadership. My only complaint now is that I failed to ask his name before I shook his hand to leave. This man will continue to be successful and I hope God continues to bless his works and families.

ABSOLUTELY STUNNED! Thank you so much to the crew who busted their butts 7-3-23! You guys might be new working there, but y’all did phenomenal! Crowds everywhere there and you guys still managed to treat us so well! Food was so dang good and hot hot when we got it. To the manager joe who had an injured foot thank you sir for your kind service for making sure you went above and beyond for me and my husband! You deserve a promotion a raise and so much more!!!!! The wait was long because obviously with new people it takes time, and that’s okay! We were not disappointed WHATS so ever! WHOAH WHOOOO TO THIS WHOLE CROWD AT 7 pm tonight! Thank you guys tons from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ KEEP IT UP!!

Things are so expensive now, I only got a 20 piece tender for $32, it was just tenders 5 biscuits and a ton of nasty gravy, I just found it overpriced for what you get. No exciting value, no wonderful atmosphere, they had so much gunk on the drive thru sign, that I just pulled to the window because it was so gross, anyways for the money Chic FIL A or Canes is a much better choice….

There was a car at window when I drove up to make my order. I was told at the speaker to hold on, the lady returned to the speaker 3 minutes later took my order. I pulled around the same car was still at window when I pulled around. I wanted in line behind this car my hold lunch period (30 minutes), no one ever came to window or outside to inform us that they was running behind. This location has lost my business along with my company’s, families, & friends

I was in there today around 6pm and it was busy from the front to the back. They were swamped the older manager or crew leader was working the register and going back to drop chicken and fish etc. It was amazing they were that busy and weren’t getting orders wrong. Hats off to these men and women and the courtesy was 100%.
