I can recommend Shane’s Rib Shack at Flowery Branch, the food was simply delicious. Their yellow dipping sauce was tasty, and all we ordered was well presented and delicious, with the right seasoning and right temperature. They have a yummy Peach Sweat tea!! Must try! The place is nicely decorated, bathrooms are clean, also they have a Patio area with quite enough tables, to eat outside which is a plus for better chill weather. Will come back.

Came here for lunch with my fiancé after we ordered ahead online. Got to the store to pick up our order and noticed that instead of the sandwich we ordered, we only received chicken tenders. That’s fine, these things happen sometimes. Go up to the register and tell them our order is incorrect to which the cashier tells my fiancé to wait to the side while they help customers who haven’t ordered yet. This is where their negative review starts. He waited in line to be helped and was dismissed and told to wait to the side. Why would you tell a customer who’s already paid and gotten an incorrect order to wait to be served and then instead help other people who haven’t ordered yet. This is terrible customer service. This cashier then proceeds to bring two pieces of toast to our table, that’s it. Nothing else. I show the receipt and have to request the toppings that we paid for. Ridiculous experience and terrible customer service all the way around. We won’t be back.

Was told not to go here but figured we would try it since we’re new in town. Was super disappointed! The meat lacked barbecue smoke and was not something to write home about. Portions were VERY tiny, especially on the “chicken tenders” – which were inedible and disgusting. Very dry and hardly and meat at all. Will not be back, I’d rather get a McRib sandwich nearby.

Had the Brunswick Stew a pint in a bowl. It was very tasty. I would recommend trying it. Shane’s has a nice atmosphere, friendly counter help, and they will bring your food to your table. Oh, and the Peach tea is great.☺

We had to make multiple trips over to the opposite dining area to get the bbq sauce for our meal. The meat portions were dry, stale, and small. Not worth the almost $50 for two. Awful!

I had my first visit there with my family and we all enjoyed ourselves. We had sandwiches, pulled pork, loaded fries, chicken, and lots of sides. It was good. But… I would be doing a great disservice if I didn’t mention the peach cobbler. I may go back just to get more. DELICIOUS! The staff and service couldn’t have been better. They are good down home folks. I’ll be returning.
