Went July 15th when there was some sort of car show outside. It wasn’t busy by any means, I’ve come other days and it’s been far busier and the service was faster than this by a long shot. When I sat down there was a receipt from the last table as well as a takeout drink cup. It took 15 minutes to get the server to take out drink order, another 10 to actually get out drinks, they were out of seasoned fries in the middle of the day, the servers all had terrible attitudes, and to top it off, the servers leave dirty trash everywhere and willingly walk past split cups, trash and waiting customers. Absolutely abysmal compared to every time I’ve been here before

Nice place but poor service and very poor food quality. Had to ask cashier for silverware cuz server brougt food and no utensils and didnt come back for a long time…had to ask cashier for refills too. Sampler was cooked too long, some burnt. Nachos were not nachos…they were chips with shredded cheese melted on top and not much at all. Burger was very flavorless and veggies were soggie and gross. Wings lack flavor and bbq sauce was not good at all. Overall it was awful. We didn’t eat much. I have no idea why this place has such great ratings. I’d rather have fast food. Beer was great!

First time in, don’t need to go back. Wanted to try something different after going to six flags, menu looked good and close, good enough. Hostess answered the phone as we walked in. Instead of taking care of the call then seating us, or vise versa, she told us to just sit anywhere. Apparently we picked the 1 table that no one was working. After a couple minutes the waitress that was sitting eating at the front booth brought menus and silverware then walked away. A few minutes later booth behind us was seated, almost immediately the waitress that dropped menus on us took their drink order, followed by taking their food order a few minutes later. About 15 minutes after sitting she just happened to stop at our table and ask if anyone had waited on us. Was able to get her to take our drink and food order. Food came out relatively quick and was ok at best. Ordered chicken tenders with ranch for my daughter no ranch when food came out, asked for the ranch it never did come. The one and only time she returned to check on the table was to drop the bill. I am a person that gratuity reflects service, it was extremely hard for me to tip just 15%. Was in about 4:30 on July 30 looks like the server was Tristyn, that’s the name on the bill she never introduced herself.

Absolutely awesome wings! We ordered the 50 wings and pitcher of beer for 3 of us, with toasted ravioli as appetizer. Unfortunately the appetizer didn’t arrive until the rest of the food, which was about 45 minutes after ordering. Also never saw the waitress during that time to ask about the appetizer, or refresh drinks for the rest of our group. However, the food and the atmosphere was great.

The restaurant is super dark inside. The video game area is awful, broken games, claw machine a kid cannot win on. The food is bluh. The Fenton location is MUCH better for families with kids…

I don’t expect much from a bar besides bar food, but the wings were cold, my sizzling chicken salad had no sizzle, also very cold chicken that should have been hot. The salad leaves tasted like they were unwashed. I’ve been here 1 time in the past and the food was decent, trust me, there will not be a 3rd!
