This is the first time I’ve been to the Beckham’s location and this will absolutely be my go-to location in the future. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. On top of that, the sandwiches were made absolutely perfect. What’s the subways I go to? My sandwiches ended up looking completely anorexic because of the lack of ingredients at staff members will use. Not here at this location. The sandwiches are extremely fat full of delicious ingredients!!

I’ve been coming to this particular location for almost 2 years now. It’s so convenient because it’s only minutes away from my job. I’ve seen so many people come and go, that’s the only downfall. Not sure why this location can’t keep help. This location hasn’t been the same since the managers “Chucky” and “Susan” have left . The last time I visited this location about a week or so ago there was a whole men staff there helping from another location … A father and his son. Very friendly and great customer service. Today I went to grab a 6 inch sandwich as always for lunch and there are 3 “new” ladies working. 1 older and 2 younger. They were backed up with “online” orders. Only two were making sandwiches. There’s always one for whatever reason who never makes sandwiches but would rather stand at the register and wait for purchases. Was a little bit of a wait but not too bad. Really would have loved the girl on the register not to stand around and help with making sandwiches. The one who made my sandwich was rude. I ordered a supreme meats sandwich and she what looked like to me that she forgot my capicola meat or didn’t know it came on my sandwich .. which she snapped and said she didn’t forget she wanted to put my cheese on their first.. Umm ok. Once we got to veggies she seemed like she had an attitude when I asked for more pickles and ranch. Oh and not to mention my bread “Italian herbs and cheese” was hard and stale! Unfortunately this location is like I said close to my job but I may have to possibly consider taking my business to another Subway if this is this locations permanent staff!

They need to take their drive-thru out!! I pulled up today (like many times before) and waited FOREVER! There was 1 car in the front and 1 parked on the side. There was a car at the drive-thru window. After about 5 minutes (I’m in no hurry, my back is out and I want a sandwich) they came on and asked to please hold on. It’s been about 15 minutes total and I’m still waiting to place my order and the car is still sitting at the window. The people are all very nice when they finally help but if you are driving thru, prepare to wait, go in or so somewhere else. The other day there were 2-3 cars behind me when I finally gave up and went to Schlotzsky’s. The car at the window just drove off….. let’s see how much longer I have to wait now. It was another 10 minutes before I left and went back to Schlotzsky’s.

I had jury duty today and they let us out for lunch and since I can’t have a lot to eat I stopped at this subway to get about three scoops of tuna in a small bowl. I was told that they can’t do that and the funny part about that. I can actually go to any other subway a get that with out a problem. Yet the manager today at this place said that they shouldn’t be doing that ir that they can’t do that. If that was the case the subways that I have stopped and asked for three scoops od tuna they would have said something yet they didn’t and I bought three scoops of tuna in a small bowl. At the end of the day I don’t think they wanted to sell or they just didn’t want to don’t know and don’t care because I will never go back to that subway and I will let all my family and friends know and not to ever go there for anything. They lost my business and the business of my family and friends not that they would care. But when u lose customers like that it will eventually lose more and more customers and those customers will go some where else that will do for them and take care of them. I will never go back to this subway I can go to the other subways where I have been treated better.

Worst experience at a subway in Tyler. Placed an online order, they had no chicken at all to make part of the order. She waited for me to get there to tell me, ok no problem. She couldn’t refund me bc I placed the order online. She had already made my husbands protein bowl, so I took that and went to another subway by our house to get my sandwich made while my a claim online to get my part refunded. I get home, my husband starts to eat his food and see there’s absolutely no meat on his protein bowl. So we call the first subway to see what happened and she said the meat was expired so she couldn’t put it on there. So my question is why did she make my husbands food when she didn’t have all the ingredients? As we got more frustrated that we couldn’t get an answer from her she said she didn’t get paid enough to deal with us. So we asked for the name and number for a manager, of course what do you know, she said there isn’t a manager. Obviously that’s probably why they had no meat. We were very frustrated, simply could have just not made any of our food and I would have happily gone to another subway so we could just get a full refund for our meal and both been happy with the food.
