Pretty decent Taco Bell. We got the crispy chicken cravings box and some extra crispy chicken tacos with fiesta potatoes. The potatoes were about to be a bit stale. It’s fine, I’m sure it’s not easy to determine when to cook more, but they weren’t exactly fresh. The chicken was a little over cooked and hard to bite into, but still delicious. I’d prefer over cooked than undercooked. Service was quick and simple. The cashier was patient with us. It’s fine for a quick and simple lunch, but it’s a pretty standard experience.

I had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell on 08/13/2023. It was around 8:30 P.M. and we asked for 2 Doritos locos tacos. The guy proceeded to ask if we wanted them supreme or regular. Us not knowing the difference said regular. Once we got to the window to pay, I asked what the difference was between a regular and supreme taco. He told me the difference and I proceeded to ask if I can upgrade my tacos to supreme. He told us no because they were already made. Looking back, due to the horrible customer service in telling us “no” for something that could clearly be done, we should have just left and not gotten/paid for the food. However, we went ahead and asked if we could simply add a supreme taco to our order. Again, we were told no due to they do not accept orders made at the window. There was only one car behind us, and they were still ordering… There should have been no reason for either one of our requests to be denied.

My son and I came through, reading the previous reviews we thought we would try for ourselves. We came for lunch about 1:30 pm on a Monday through the drive thru. The lady taking our order answered in a friendly manner. I didn’t feel rushed through taking my order. We ordered 6 tacos, 3 regular and 3 loco tacos. They came through fast, packed with meat and no joke, fresh tomatoes!! This is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a very, very long time.

Ordered last night and that will be the last time. Cashier was insanely rude at time of order in drive through, at the window and when I went in to place another order. We should have checked the order before leaving but didn’t so we didn’t realize it was all wrong until we got home: got a crunchwrap with no tomatoes due to allergy and it had tons of tomatoes, chicken quesadilla didn’t have chicken and the cheese and sauce only covered maybe a quarter (there was nothing on either of the side pieces and 2 bites of the middle 2 parts had filling), 2 tacos with meat and cheese only and was given one with barely any filling and one only had shredded cheese, ordered a large drink and was given a small. Went inside to order a dessert since my daughter forgot and no one came to the register for a while. All the employees in the back continued to talk to each other with one coming from the restroom in her apron wiping her hands on her legs. Finally got to place the order for cinnamon sticks and was asked what size. I didn’t realize they had more that one size so I asked what my options were only to be told “there’s only one size”???

Worst Taco Bell in the area and that is saying something. 3rd time I hoped was a turn around since we just moved to the area. Nope. Ordered online, waited inside for over 10 minutes while I watched other walk in mobile orders get made and leave before me. They were out of the Verde sauce, which is fine so they offered to sub that out but they completely forgot the cheese sauce to both our NACHO fry orders. Two of the burritos we ordered that were supposed to be grilled I WATCHED them not even put in the grill. Last time at this location for us.

Look at other reviews. Maria are you really the manager? You must have a Master’s Degree in Angry. I’m out $23 with no food because she had “no order”. I came in and found it. Think twice, Theft? Don’t say you can do better. Call the number you have given in other responses for help and the store will argue with you for more time than I have free. Maria get some professional help, and quit yelling at me!

I recommend if you order anything that is not the base menu style, Check your meals. Unwrap it all the way before you leave. Rarely do i get the vegetarian replacements i ask for. This taco bell is lowering the probability of me returning to taco bell. Haven’t had a black bean chalupa in the past 4 I’ve ordered. Starting to forget what it taste like.

The people who work here are very nice. I don’t like that if you go to the drive-through, they make you “pull to the front (park in the lot)” and they bring out your food. It’s a 5+ minute wait and there is never condiments offered or in the bag.
