My family and I stopped in by chance and decided to give it a try. WOW, I do not regret it. Genuine hole in the wall with a kind staff, the burgers were gooey and we all loved it. The cashier was sweet and patient with us. Would have posted more pics but we ended up eating it all!

Old salad served hot. And old fries served cold. Workers couldn’t care less about anything.. garbage food and garbage service . The kicker is when you pick up the order yourself and they hand you a receipt with 3 tip options. 15%,20%,and 25%. What a joke, as if anything is worth tipping for. Try 0%

I ordered almost $90 worth of food last night. I got great food and delivery was okay, but realized i was missing an item.. Called them and put me down for that item on the next order, and when i looked over the reciept i realized i didnt get a second item either.. Called them the next night to confront the situation and the guy told me that i complained about one item only, and i let him know after looking over the reciept, that it was actually 2 items missing.. Long story short, he hung up on me, claiming that he doesnt even have to give me the original item i complained about.!! Will never order from them again!!! Keep the $20 u filthy animals!!

To be honest I would rate less if I could, I order through these guys all the time twice maybe three times a week I called to see if they can break a hundred dollars the guy told me he could I gave him my order and he proceeded to tell me that you can only give his driver’s 20$ in ones which leads me to believe this man expected me to spend $80 for him to break a bill he told me he could break. Talk about customer service, I’ll never eat here again.

I’ve ordered from them many times. The food is always excellent with one exception. They need to tell their prep person that you do not put a slice of unripe tomatoes on the line. The last 3 times I ordered burgers, the tomato slices on my burger should have been in the garbage.. the prep person and the cook should know better.

This review would have been five stars any of the last few years but it seems to me like some significant changes in price and quality have happened since Lates opened for this season. We’d always look forward to April when Lates would be open again, they were a go-to for us because of the fast service, late hours, and affordable food. But this year I’m noticing a pretty major price increase on key items, which with current events would be understandable if I was paying a little more for the same food. However the mozzarella sticks, which used to be the best item on the menu, have a new recipe and they’re indistinguishable from frozen TGI Fridays mozzarella sticks, at almost a 50% price increase. Broke my heart.

We were not impressed this time. We had burgers and fries. Mine was so overcooked and the edges were burnt and it was like chewing on sandy burnt grit from over grilling. And the fries were just bad! Sorry to say Lates! They were limp, cold inside, undercooked and reminded me of frozen out the bag chips. Parm was sprinkle on one order and the sea salt ones didn’t seem like any salt was added. Just terrible to charge $5.50 for a teeny tiny little portion of frozen chips! I spent $43.00 for a disappointment my husband can’t stop talking about how bad it was. You used to be amazing! What happened??
