I paced my order and the girl who waited on me said it would be ten to fifteen minutes wait. It was more like thirty minutes with no AC. After she took my order she disappeared to the back. Other customers coming in had to wait while those preparing pizzas had to do double duty. One customer who was waiting on to place an order left because no one up front to take her order.

The first ordwr i picked up of the night, they said someone else already picked it up.. then I picked up 2 other orders from Little Caesars, both were not ready when I got there, i had to remind him to put the stickers on showing they have been sealed, he only sealed the chicken and not the pizza. I get they are busy, but the dashers are busy as well and them having to wait or tell you what you’re supposed to do. Come on guys.

I work at the dental office next door to this place. You had one of your employees standing outside ready for her shift for over an hour. No manager in the building. No manager on call. The building has been closed all day. If this is how they treat their employees, you are better off doing business somewhere else. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and I will be calling corporate.

Ordered online while I was getting groceries. App said pizza would be ready in 30 mins. Went to store about 40 mins later but pizza was not in the pickup window. Asked the guy where my pizza was and he said they were just making it and would be ready in 15 min. There was a sign on the door saying they were understaffed. I understand that so I said OK. Waited 20 minutes and asked the guy where my pizza was. He said he would check and said they just put it in the oven. I asked him what happened the pizza they started 20 minutes ago? Went ahead and cancelled the order. I know times are tough but be honest with people about how long things take, especially op the app. I had milk and ice cream in the car that was melted by the time I got home. The sad thing is this is close to my house but I have no plans to ever come back.

It is literally over 120 degrees inside the store based off of an infrared thermometer. The employees work in an environment that customers are sweating buckets in within two minutes. A customer should not be drenched in sweat after picking up a to go order, and employees shouldn’t be forced to work in such an environment.

Do you have an hour or more before you’re ready to eat? If so, Little Cesar’s Loganville is for you! I ordered through the app at about 6:05 pm. App said ready for pickup at 6:30-6:37. Arrived about 6.35 and the app status still hadn’t moved from “order received”. Stood in line to speak to someone, who told me order was just going in the oven (at 6:44). 7:00…7:05…7:10, go back up Says she’ll check again. Finally got my pizza and crazy bread at about 7:20. I wasn’t the only one. People were walking out right and left. I could have made pizza from scratch in less time and it probably would have tasted better… Oh, and nobody there seems to have a clue what the Pizza Portal is even used for. Pizzas were all being put into the heaters behind the counter… and stacked on a counter in the back… Also, when I got home, status in the app still hadn’t changed from “in the oven”… Lol

I work long hours, I had my son order 2 pizza’s. One driver text after 1:1/2stating someone pick up my original order and took off with it. This second driver was at the location, but there was no pizza ready. Then I called and called no answer. I called Grayson location, they just kept me on the phone. No one ever came back on the phone. All I want is my money back!

I am disappointed almost every time I visit this location. The hot n ready pizzas are never ready. There’s always only 1 or 2 people working at a time. And, there is no system/order to getting pizzas out in a timely matter to the first come first served to waiting customers. Management must step it up!! People do leave and will continue to leave if this is not addressed. Please do better to serve and work with customers as we adjust to the increases in price.
