We hear a lot now days about poor customer service. You would think for a fast food restaurant that service is a priority. Not so at this restaurant. 2 seniors in their 70’s go out for a Sunday drive and stop for a bite to eat. We ordered 2 of the $6 Biggie Bags. When the cashier rang it up she said $17+. We told her that was wrong as two $6 meals should only be $12+. She looked a little shy and nervous and it’s understandable she may have been new. She asked for help from another employee and an African American lady came over. We explained about the cost, the 2nd lady said $10-something. We again told her that could not be the correct order and repeated our two $6 meals. 2nd lady couldn’t figure it out and now we have a 3rd employee who said $18+. 3 people working on a simple order of two $6 meals. I simply said “wouldn’t it be faster to just void that and start over?” The African American lady very rudely said “do you want to come over here and do it?” What???? A simple I’m sorry we’ll get it would have sufficed. When I told her that was a horrible attitude she told me she doesn’t have to listen to me complain. ??? What complaint, I simply offered a suggestion. I asked for a manager and she told me there wasn’t one on duty. Would she have had that attitude if there was a manager there? When I said that isn’t going to make for a good survey, in her snotty attitude she said “you can write what ever you want.” Makes it sound like no one (mgmt) cares how they treat customers. No name tag of course. But if they have security cameras I’m sure they can figure out who she was. And if the other employees are honest, they can vouch for the situation.

Awful Wendy’s. They forgot my meat on my burger and forgot and order of fries and didn’t give us any straws for 5 drinks. Not only that we tried to tell them what was wrong with our order and they refused to listen and wrongfully accused us of trying to get free food when we even offered to go up to the window to tell them about their mistakes. All they did was give us attitude and wrgonfully accuse us yet again of being drunk when we were all underage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE CUSTOMIER SERIVCE IS AWFUL!!!! Workers are so rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed.I even have the picutre of the burger without the patty and offered to show it to them but they refused.

It’s Easter and 2:56pm. We’re in the drive thru and they say how can I help you. I say my order. The screen is blank and nobody talks. I wait a minute and say hello a few more times. No answer. I pulled up to the window at 2:58pm and they turned the lights off and were closed.

Man at the window was a terrible person. Tried to go through the drive through to correct an order because I asked for just ketchup on a burger, and it had NO PATTY. ONIONS, AND ALSO PICKLES??? HOW MUCH COMMON SENSE DO YOU LACK. AND the man “helping” me claimed he and his “burger makers” did everything right, claimed we were drunk, and refused to help us. I’m sick. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I loved wendy’s but are you kidding me? Even after I tried to ask for a manager he just said “goodbye!” In a taunting voice. Called back to try and even get someone else involved to correct his immature, irresponsible actions, and guess who was at the phone. The same old jerk who refused service. Blocked my number, tried calling on multiple phones and just refused to help at all. He needs to be terminated immediately because this is out of line by far. GROW UP MAN! YOU WORK AT A WENDYS!

REVIEW ABOUT CALEEN I tried leaving this review like a week ago type it out and had a feeling after I stopped at Wendy’s tonight to make sure I had left them a good review as I had told the worker I had I’m glad I did because there was no review THIS review is about the worker CALEEN( really pretty, African American, long braids) I visit this location at least three times a week every time I see her she goes above and beyond to give me great service I have a chronic disorder and I’d be lying if I said there wasnt a time where I pulled up to the window sick as hell And this girl distracted me from my Pain till it passed. I know some people might think She is just a worker but she has proven to be so much more then that(not that a fast food job is a easy job it definitely isn’t) I will continue to return to the store not just for the great service but for this workers great service alone!

I was on my way home and really wanted Culvers but the line was insane. I saw there was only one car at Wendy’s with no one else in the drive thru. I pulled in and did a u-turn to the intercom. I sat there for a while and was like.. are they closed? Checked Google. Says open until 1am. Did I miss the sensor? So I said “Hello?” I received a very rude response “I’ll be with you in a minute”. No, “Hi.” No, “Welcome to Wendy’s”. Obviously annoyed that I had pulled up. So I left because that’s what they wanted to me to do. That’s why their drive thru is empty. I ended up in a long line at McDonalds for locations sake and really wished I’d just have waited at Culvers.

My mother and I went to go get breakfast. We tried the doors at 8:45, but they were locked (at this time we didn’t know the dining area doesn’t open until 9). We then went through the drive through and were then informed by a man that the dining area doesn’t open until 9, so we waited. At 9:10 we went to go try the doors, still locked. Finally a woman appears by the registers and sees me and my mother at the doors and gestures us to go through the drive through still standing behind the register, not even coming to the door to address us. It was 9:15 at this time. We gave up and went somewhere else.
