I tried to put in an order for breakfast. Burritos before they stop serving breakfast. They put me on hold for 10 minutes. Since they stop serving breakfast conveniently in 10 minutes. Then they told me I couldn’t get breakfast because breakfast was over. The whole reason I called them was to get breakfast BEFORE THEY STOPPED SERVING BLAKES. GOOD JOB BLAKES

Very unorganized! Definitely not the Blake’s it used to be. Was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes after I got there. Ordered lg fries and they came in a cup that looked like a small size. Overall not very impressed. Probably wont go back. Not worth the money they charge!

Dealt with 2 rude and incompetent ladies. I got the wrong order and had to go back to get my order fixed. Still I was missing an item from my order. There were 2 orders with the same name and I got the other ladies order. I was in a hurry and left. I checked my bag later and was still missing an item. When I called back they continued to argue with me about it. I’m no thief and was honest about my order but was treated otherwise. Against my better judgement I ordered from this Blake’s and I regret it. I wont be making that mistake again. If you do, check your order before you leave to make sure you get everything you ordered and paid for. Not everyone can just turn around and go back, it’s very inconvenient.

I customized burrito it was X Mas with french fries to replace the hash potatoes and they did it. The best one I had a burrito. Unlike other Blake in this Farmington because they refuse take my customize burrito order. This Aztec Blake won my money. Would do it again when I got a chance stop by.

Blakes Lotaburger is a joke these days. I’ve had many issues with this place. I used their contact us on their website and they can’t even get the address right for a supposed gift card they sent out to “make things right”. Messaged back and fourth so many times. Then was told if I don’t receive it to message back, so I did and they told me it was used on whatever certain day. Then there was a thank you at end of email. So to Whoever received it hope you enjoyed it better then I would’ve.

We stopped by this location on our way back to Texas. We placed an online order and it was actually ready at the time it was supposed to be. The food was hot, fresh, and completely hit the spot. (We enjoyed a green Chile cheeseburger.) The employees were friendly despite being super busy. I would definitely return to this location. Great job!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. The store was beyond dirty, the pop Saturn sticky and filthy. The cashier lady then proceeded to help with food with her dirty hands. Honestly until they get cleaned up I wouldn’t recommend.
