Had the worst experience here. I ordered a pretzel, and hot dog from this location. The pretzel was drowning in butter and no salt looked over cooked. When I asked them to remake it the server insisted and lied telling me that the pretzel comes like that. I asked her where’s the salt and she rolled her eyes and too the pretzel back. The hot dog was not cooked thoroughly and had parts that were cold. I ended up throwing it away. To top it all off they tried to steal from me by keeping the change. Mind you the change was well over $10. The server took it as her “tip” without even asking me or giving me the opportunity to tip. This is the third time at this location the server kept the change without asking. This is not tipping, this is stealing.

i literally NEVER leave bad reviews anywhere as someone in the service industry who understands the difficulties. but the kids working at this location are so rude. was told they didn’t take apple pay and wouldn’t let me pay through the app, drove home and all the way back, re ordered through the app, and then when we finally got our drinks they were wrong and missing a blast.we’ve now been waiting an extra 20 minutes as i’m typing this for a DRINK i originally ordered over an hour ago. go to another location if you can- this one is honestly not worth the effort.

Went here for my lunch break. 40 minutes after ordering and my food still didn’t show up. Would not recommend this location at all. I’ve been going here 3-4 times a week. Don’t think ill be going back.

I asked which size mozzarella sticks were on the happy hour menu and the guy said they only had drinks on the happy menu. I mentioned the picture has snacks listed and a picture of mozzarella sticks. He said they don’t offer food on the happy hour menu. Not the first time we have had poor service at this location.

took 30 minutes to get a corn dog and a slush. corn dog looked like it was dropped and rolled around on the floor. not even mad just hungry cuz it took my whole lunch break to get a single corn dog that wasn’t made right :/
