The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. They were busy but still provided fast service. The employees listened attentively and were able to answer any question asked of them. The option of different hot sauces on the drink bar was also a nice touch. It does get a bit cold in there, but there is a good amount of outdoor seating.

It was after the lunch rush probably. Bathroom was dirty. So dirty I felt like needed to wash my hands twice. Five tables needed cleaning. Condiment area needed sweeping around and underneath. No ice tea available. When I ask at none was available there. By the time I left there was no attempt to make any.

Honestly one the better experiences I had around here. The staff was friendly and engaging, the manager was up front. We ordered online and when I asked about the missing drink without hesitation he gave me a cup. I really appreciated the kindness they all showed and our family plans on coming back more often. Though I wish they were as kind with the meats I still enjoyed the food.

I was in today at lunch, The guy and the girl serving the food were great as was the food. However, they were out of some things and I wanted brown rice. and the girl asked for some to be brought up and whoever was in the back told her to get it herself. I come to this location because I live here in Richmond about 2 to 3 times a week. I have nothing to say but nice things about this place it’s amazing!! The food is always good and I always love to double up on chicken and steak protein especially with the sweet and spicy new chicken that they have it’s absolutely amazing

This place is gross. The floors are dangerously slippery with who knows what sludge everywhere you walked. No napkins or cup lids in stock. Understaffed and not friendly service. The brown rice and white rice were mixed. Food was everywhere along the food line and my bowl was dragged through food and then handed to me to carry to my table with food all over the outside. Women’s bathroom toilet is not attached correctly and moves when you sit down on it. Qdoba corporate needs to start putting guidelines in place for their franchise restaurants. There should be stricter cleaning standards in place. Just gross.

Food was ready and hot as I got there, however I was missing queso on a pickup order. When I asked for more, the man behind the counter got rude with me and told me he put it in the bag. Eventually I got the queso, but as I left I heard him being rude and cussing about me. Whenever I got home to check my food itself, the bowl was half filled and I am missing my Picante Ranch.
