My go-to Wendy’s. The workers here are always very nice. The food is always perfect, I’ve never once had a messed up order here. There’s a Wendy’s just south of here that doesnt compare and I will make the trip here instead of the one that is closer to me. They’re open late and they don’t ever close early like some of the other locations!

I placed an order online through the mobile app and went to Wendy’s to pick up my order. After I pulled up to the window I was presented with a receipt and the cashier diana telling me that the person in front of me was charged with my order “by accident” and I needed to pay again. I pulled up my bank account statement and showed her that I was already charged for my order. She insisted I was wrong as well as my bank. I asked her to make sure but she insisted she was right. So after handing over my card to pay again I asked her if I was doubled charged if I can come back to get my money back. She said yes. After I pulled off and got home I checked my bank statements and seen that I was charged with a different amount. So basically I paid for someone else’s food and my families food. Mind you this is at 8:15 pm and my kids hadn’t eaten. I’m very upset that Diana thought she knew better then me, when clearly she wasn’t competent enough to see that she charged me two different prices. I won’t go back here for food but I will be back for my money.

I love wendys but I had ordered three things through the mobile app and they then had me pull forward to wait, so i did. Then i waited and 6-7 other cars come in and out of the drivethru before they come out with the wrong order then couple mins later they finally come out with the right order. Worst experience ever in a fast food restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive towards me. I came in because the drive through line wasn’t moving for a while so I decided to go in the dining room to hopefully get a quicker service. Absolutely did not. First of all they didn’t even acknowledge me. A girl who looked at me at least 5 times didn’t even say hello or we will be with you shortly UNTIL 5 minutes after I arrived. She told me to order at the kiosk and I told her I had cash so she just walked off. 3 mins later she said sorry the manager will be with me shortly. I saw the manager and he also saw me, but did not address me or help me and continued to walk by me as if I didn’t exist. I swear I tried my best to be patient because I have respect for fast food workers and what they have to deal with at work because I’ve been there before. But this staff, manager included failed to give me aby acknowledgment or service. I left without ordering because I spent over 10 mins just standing there feeling ignored and dismissed. Never will I ever go to this location because they proved they don’t care about the customer and it almost felt hostile walking into a place with so many attitudes and unwelcoming grimaces. Who ever owns this place or manages it at a corporate level should really have a meeting with the management and staff at this location and go over the basics of customer service with then

I went through the drive through and got the daves single meal with a medium frosty. They were very friendly but i had a problem with the burger. First of all part of the bun was stale it had pickles but they were right in the middle of the burger and it had one little peace of lettuce. Now paying ove $10 for this meal i expect better

Whoever was just working the drive through cut me off asking what sauce i wanted when i was telling her i wanted the spicy nuggets, supprise supprise, she didnt listen and i wound up with the not spicy nuggets. 🙁 I dont care if youre having a bad day or whatever, but give me what I ask for, im paying good inflated dollars for it!
