I ordered on line however when I picked uped pizza it was burnt. The cashier asked me if I wanted another pizza. I answered yes. I had to wait of course. So she brought me another and charged me. It was burnt too. I don’t know if the potatoes were burnt because I never saw them. I called the store 3 times but your employee and manager hung up on me. Order online and arrive to the store like 15 minutes later. My order showed ready on there screen also on my phone. My food was not ready. While waiting in the store the workers were playing around also had multiple curse words came out their mouth.

We order all the time, food is always great. Spent $ 64.00 on pizza, and gave the driver a $ 5.00 tip. When going outside after food was delivered, I have a piece of trash in my yard. Driver crumpled the receipt in a ball, and threw it in my yard. Not a happy customer, wish I could retract my tip, and give it to the cook instead.

Not satisfied at all! I placed my order at 9:40pm and didn’t get my order until 11pm. The food was cold when it finally arrived. Pepperoni on the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. There was more sauce than cheese. I ordered a baked pasta dish and the spinach was completely whole – uncooked & crunchy. I ordered bacon with the pasta and they gave me chicken.

Ordered my pizza for 12:00 from my place of business for a lunch date with my husband. The delivery lady showed up 30 minutes early with the wrong order. Being she was still in the parking lot, I decided to let her know the order was wrong. Just so happened Dawanna the on shift manager was on the phone with her so I told her the pizza was 30 minutes early and I had the wrong order. She stated,” We can take the pizza back.” I ask if she could have another pizza delivered before 12. She said,” you can either take that one or not because they had three more deliveries in the car”. So I ask her about the time slots on the App and her statement was, “We are short handed.” Needless to say it truly didn’t matter. The delivery lady then proceeded to grab my correct order out of the backseat, apologized that it was wrong, and came inside to exchange the order. She put the wrong order back in the delivery bag then left. I ask her who her General Manager was after hesitation she said Annette. Yes I took the pizza because it was to late to try to order anything else.

UPDATE: Sadly, still a 1 Star Rating. I contacted the owner with all information requested in their response to this review. I have yet to hear from them again. This particular location had been fairly good to me prior to this experience (and the two orders before it). The lack of contact and effort to make this experience right is very disappointing. I’m also disappointed that the only compensation ever offered to me was something I would not normally order–a two-topping pizza. Please at least offer to refund the amount of money I spent and was wasted because of your mistakes.

The pizza from this location is always yummy, hot and reasonably priced! It’s well-located too. The only thing I would change if I could improve my experience as a customer, is for them to use better quality Italian sausage. Then it would be perfect.

Worst experience ever had ordered a pizza at 8:19 and called at 9:20 for an update and guy in the phone said their waiting on drivers I asked them for either a discount or for the order to be cancelled and he told me the order is canceled and I asked for his name because I did not confirm this.,,,, and he hung up on me!
