The only complaint I have is that they didn’t even toast the chalupa shells like they’re supposed to be. I took a bite to see if it would be good like that but dough.

After spending a decade living in a very rough area, one of the best parts of living in this area has always been exponentially higher quality fast food. Namely, the workers aren’t aggressive and angry and narrow their eyes at you wordlessly, and the items generally are put together in a way that they aren’t falling apart – until now. That being said, the demeanor of the man at the window as well as my stale taco shell being in crumbs and the entirely unrolled chicken roll-up was by far the worst Taco Bell experience I ever had, all locations I’ve ever been to considered. Maybe you should advise him to at least say one word to customers instead of angry stares and eye rolls. I was super nice, ordered quickly, paid quickly, so I’m not sure what his issue was? On 07/21 around 12:15-12:30.

Finally a good Taco Bell! The past handful of different locations I’ve visited have had terrible service (employees seem out of it) with disappointing food (lack of ingredients, poor proportions, put together sloppily), but not this one! The drive-thru was super quick on Friday night, the guy was really nice, and the food was soooooo good it reminded me of how things used to be in my childhood when we’d get Taco Bell pretty much every week. I’m willing to drive extra to get to this location now.

I arrived at the drive through at 4:47 on a Friday. There were zero cars in front of me. I ordered 2 items, then pulled up to pay. After paying, I sat at the window WAITING until 5:04, when they asked me to pull around since my food wasn’t ready and another car had arrived. At 5:11 they handed me a bag with one item so burnt it was inedible (crunch wrap). Literally charred black on both sides. The second article was not what I ordered. I can say without question this was the WORST Taco Bell ever.

Its Noon on a Saturday, your lobby should be open, Iwouldn’t know about the “atmosphere” the lobby hasn’t been consistently open in years. Maybe if you paid your employees better you’d be able to keep it open. Im tired of subsidizing corporate profits.

We came here around 9pm last night (6/3/23) and was told that they wouldn’t take orders with more than 5 items. So I asked if we could do two separate orders. Their answer was a very rude “nope.”

My food was fresh and delish. The kiosk was a great and easy experience. My dissatisfaction comes from the level of service. Wow, it was poor. Customers not being acknowledged and are made to wait until the workers feel like greeting them. I wasn’t acknowledged until my food was ready. A man came in and stood at the register for over 20 minutes but even when he was serviced the it was poor. He ended up asking for a refund and they didn’t even apologize or try to make things right. He asked who managed this location and they told him they didn’t know and they have to look it up on the internet. Come to find out there were 2 managers on duty but they didn’t reveal that to him. I guess people come to this location thinking it will give better service than the TB in the city. Wrong. Bad service does exist in Kirkwood. Lol. I will say this, they have a gentleman with special needs that works there and he did all he could to attend to the needs of that man while his other coworkers stood and did nothing. I applaud him and hope they are treating him well there. They have a handwritten sign for the employees hanging from their menu wall above the registers that says no cell phones on the floor. Well they can rip that down because the girl on drive thru with big pretty fake eyelashes was on hers. This is embarrassing for the service industry. Do Better! The kiosk had better service.

Ordered Cinnabons only to get home and after trying one realize they’re covered in salt???? Went back to see if they could replace with new ones and keep the old ones, told me they were made fresh and that they don’t use salt on them. Then gave me a cup of cinnamon to shake into the cup because that’s all they were doing for me. Went to a new location to get a replacement of my Cinnabons. I think I know the difference between salt and sugar? Terrible location. Save your money and go to the one off Watson.

Won’t take orders at 8:30 pm because they’re “breaking down the kitchen.” They’ve told us that on two occasions. The store manager/owner should probably be made aware that this store’s night shift is apparently turning away money.
