friday august 25th, two older women working behind the counter belittled and laughed at my mom, she tried to order a small thing onion rings and it came out to $3.06 at the time my mom only brought $3 in hand and told the old women i’m sorry i don’t have the .6¢ and before my mom could say she had it in her car they had the ignorance to laugh in my mothers face. As a fast food worker (shift manager) for a different local restaurant i find this behavior discriminatory and disgusting. i hope their General Manager knows what kind of disgusting employees they have working for them. I hope those Old Women working for Burger King feel real good about themselves

The service & manager at this location sucks! The staff are extremely horrible. They cheated me out of my money & change from my order. I ordered 2 chicken wraps ($6.34), gave the cashier $10.35 and she refused to give me my change $(4.01). She claimed that I gave her $7.00 instead of the $10.35 and called in her manager in which didn’t help the situation because she was just as rude, ignorant, & slow as the other worker. Had the nerve to call me broke & said I must be hurting to want my ($4.01) back. I had to keep it together as best as I possibly could not to stoop to ground level scumbags. I called the police, but they weren’t much help. I asked them to review the cameras, but they refused so I filed a complaint with corporate in which I’ll be following up on. I hate this happened to me and hopefully it hasn’t or doesn’t happen to anyone else although it if has this has to stop. Justice needs to be served! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! THEY WILL SHORT YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY (ROBBERY IN PLAIN VIEW)!!! Beware you’ve been warned!!

I have never, EVER gotten my order correct here but forgetting an order of nuggets or fries is one thing but when I order a bacon king I expect it to be in my bag when I get home. Absolutely absurd.

Group of 6 bikers caught in a terrible rain storm. Pulled into this location and restaurant was locked, drive through only. Staff members Faith & Hunter invited us in. Provided coffee and meals. Just the fact that they were short staffed and very busy drive through, that they took the time to welcome and take care of our soggy group was simply exceptional service. Thank you Faith & Hunter, you were our bright spot on our very dark day!!

My onion rings were hard as a rock! Went through the drive thru didn’t think I would have to check them, I was very disappointed when I pulled them out of the bag because you could clearly see they were way over cooked! The burgers were great! I called them, I have 30 days to get fresh onion rings!

It could gave been better. My burger was cold, along with my lettuce and tomato. The cheese didn’t even melt on my burger . French fries were semi cold. My drink was the best item from my meal, for the prices they charged. Could have been better. Maybe next time; as if!!
