Purchased the Lemon Pepper remix wings and chicken sandwich online. I picked up my order and drove all the way home to realize my order was incorrect. I drove back to Wingstop to recieve a refund. I was told to expect a refund in 3-5 days. I never received the refund and I feel unsafe because of the discriminatory employee practices. $14… please reimburse me.

Tenea & the other female cashier on duty were both very rude & highly UNPROFESSIONAL! Tenea first told me 25 mins, that turned into 45 mins. I went inside 3 more times to see if order was ready after the initial 25mins, but the answer was no all 3x. No apologies, no complimentary items or extra given for the wait. On my 3rd attempt, I asked Tenea if my order was ready, she replied, “10 more minutes” I replied, “that long?” She replied, “YEAH, that long!” Horrible communication & customer service!! I patiently walked away. After 10 mins I was handed my bag, again, no apology. I asked for carrots & celery for the wait, her coworker walked away as I ask to ask a cook or mgr in the kitchen, she handed me the tray of celery & carrots open without putting it into a small bag. As I received, I said, “Thank you”…no response, I said it again, her response was, “I said here you go!” These 2 little girls Definitely need to be retrained because they do not represent customer service whatsoever and had a lot of other customers frustrated from waiting and not being told that they were sorry for the wait and didn’t seem like they were pleased or ever coming back to this location. Last but not least Tanea told her female customer, “I’m frustrated!!” Loud enough for everyone waiting near the front to hear that she was “frustrated”. I will NEVER EVER come back to this location!!!! These 2 should be retrained or fired immediately!!

This wingstop is terrible save yourself the trouble and go to a different one. It takes around an hour just for your food to come out and all the workers have stuck up attitudes.
