It’s such a hit or miss at this location. This time it was a miss. Big time. Stale buns that were burnt black and dry and stiff as cardboard. Everything was cold. Such a bummer. That seems to happen when you’re super hungry. My dogs sliders were better than the food we ordered for ourselves. Think I’ll wait a while before going back to this location.

The dining room is closed. There are no signs letting you know the dining room is closed. Happily the drive-thru was open and the young man at the window did an excellent job with our orders. We had to eat in our car but at least we were able to find a shaded spot.

Lobby closed. AGAIN. With the number of customers that might come in, you’d think the staff could handle 1 or 2 dining room customers. It isn’t rocket science. I guess you save money by not having drink refills?

We stopped here around 6:45 tonight. Took quite awhile to get our order taken because there’s a total of 3 people working and one decided she needed a break but didn’t sign off of the till. Counters, tables, and floors were all pretty dirty and sticky. Our food was Luke warm at best. It will be awhile before we go back.

Ordered through the app and there was an issue with the order since this location ran out of roast beef for the day. Instead of cancelling it, they wanted to give it to me the next day. I opted to do that and called them at open saying I couldn’t pick up until about noon instead of it at 1015am. The manager Brittany proceeded to tell me she was going to make it regardless of the time I wanted it and was very rude. I picked it up around 1045am since that was the soonest I could and everything was cold and soggy

All the staff today seemed like they were either really tired or baked. No proper customer service, and the guy at the window kept slurring his words. Got a 2# and they didn’t put cheese on it and forgot the aus jus for the French dip.

Went to this location twice this week. Drove away empty handed both times. Out of several items on the menu. Drove all the way to Fife and surprise, I was actually able to get anything I wanted from the menu

Restaurant was dirty. Men’s restroom was bad enough I refused to use it, door didn’t lock. Lights on menu board were out. Condiment station hadn’t been wiped down in who knows how long. Didn’t stop the staff from walking right past it. There were very friendly however.

Great costumer service, the manager at the front end took time to have a decent conversation in a short time and made sure I was satisfied also suggested good choices! This location was clean, well organized, professional and eye candy curb appeal! Parking lot was taken care of and I was able to find parking even during happy hour. If my opinion this Arby’s joint is well run and a great choice if you’re interested in a decent dining experience on a lunch break or what ever the cause! Food was cooked spot on, didn’t make me sick like some fast food does. Garbages aren’t overflowing or messy. Bathrooms well kept.
