I ordered 2 beach club sandwiches for delivery. It was raining when the driver delivered the subs, so I gave a nice tip & paid in cash. When I unwrapped the sandwich, I immediately noticed the brown lettuce. So I just scooped it off. As I’m picking through the lettuce, I realize there is NO TURKEY in my sandwich! Neither of the 2 sandwiches had turkey in them! They were meatless sandwiches with brown lettuce.

Very disappointed with the service. I placed an order for lunch at 1:23 pm, and it is now 2:48 pm still no order. I called twice and spoke with two different people. The first time the guy said the driver was on his way was at 2:20 pm. I called again at 2:45 for the status. The second guy said the driver has four delivery in your area. I’m sorry he was supposed to go to you second. I asked to cancel my order completely unacceptable, and he said I apologize. Explain where the freaky fast is and when to wait for my order.

Went to this location today 4/5 at 4:30 via drive through. The girl working couldn’t stop laughing or messing around while I gave her my order. Didn’t ask what size sandwich I wanted just assumed. It took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. There were no customers inside and 3 employees being as slow as possible and fooling around. I found this unprofessional and I was just surprised to see such a low level of customer service. At the very least they could have said hello, or “give us a few minutes” or “sorry for the wait.” I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the caprese sandwich was actually pretty good but service needs a lot of improvement.

Ordered a “Lil Johns” size sandwich(which is small and only $ 4.19). The lady taking the order said it was pretty small. I said I know that. They make my sandwich and when I added a bottled water it was $11.93. I said the sandwich is 4.19, how much is the water? She said they made the larger size because the Lil John is so small. I should have refused to pay and asked them to make it again but the looks I got from every employee in the restaurant was very unwelcoming. Ended up paying nearly 12 bucks for a dry un-flavorful sandwich. No one even asked if I wanted mayonnaise or mustard. Will never be back to this location.

I’ve never been to a Jimmy Jones that was such an absolute disaster. There was a guy yelling and banging on the counter making sandwiches. Shouting out orders and demands and talking back to customers. I’ve been to locations all over the us and everyone is always friendly and welcoming. This place was a total contradiction. I hope corporate gets over here fast. To be fair, most of the other workers were doing their best to stay calm but it just takes one bad apple. My sandwich was absolutely wrong to boot.
