We were traveling through, coming from the Ft Smith (AR) area on our way to Shreveport (LA), and got here at 7:54 pm, and the door says that they close at 10 pm. We went in, and everything was packed up like they were closed, so we asked them if they were open and if we could eat in. There was an employee sitting at a booth in the corner and a guy charging his cell phone sitting at a table, but no one else was in there. The employee looked at us and told us she “guessed” we could dine in “if you had to” but then stated “if you eat here, though, you better not make a mess, because we’re not cleaning that lobby again.” I would understand if they were about to close, but they’re still open another 2 hours. The lobby wasn’t even clean! The booths had greasy looking stuff smeared on the seats, and there was trash under a few of the tables. The drink machines were shut off, so they had to turn them on so we could get sodas (or refills). We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. The burgers were phenomenal–although they gave me 2 top buns instead of a top and bottom. The burgers were prepared correctly and were hot and fresh. The fries were hot but were somewhat soggy and limp (but tasted great). We had three large fries, and the employees would only give us 4 packs of ketchup. If the employees weren’t rude, this would have been a 5 star meal.

Having had a good experience the previous week at a different location, thought we would stop in… NOT THE SAME. Manager, Carla, running around yelling/talking loudly about some dress code issue right at front counter in front of customers. “Black pants, black socks, black shoes, proper shirt, name tags…” while she herself had on white socks and her own shirt fromt filthy with what may gave been bisquit flour. But very unprofessional. 3 customers before me waiting on food, drive through busy, dining room filthy, and another customer standing at register in a daze while cashier waits for him to pay…

It took 35 minutes to get a sausage biscuit . I went inside, because it always took to long. In the drive through. I guess it doesn’t matter. Plan on waiting for a long time either way. I would save gas and go inside though. The food is great .

The past two visits have been fantastic! First visit for blueberry lemon pies. Mouth watering. Second visit a cinnamon tile. Fresh and HOT! The employees are always friendly. Thanks for being there and keeping the place open & fresh!

Ordered the $5.99 combo with the hot ham and cheese. Pathetic!!! It was so small. No meat was outside the bun. 7 slices of ham and looked like shredded cheese that was some what melted on top. Brought it up to the manager, was told….that’s how it’s made.

I know fast food is always hit or miss, but we swung through for breakfast on a road trip and everything was perfect, orders were correct, timely, food tasted great, and the lady behind the counter was nice. The pork chop and gravy biscuit was so good.

(Date Saturday April 1st, 2023) I seriously think they need better help inside. A rework in management. But I also think throwing more people in to this chaotic situation will not help. I worked in fast food until I was 19 and I worked at the old Hardee’s that was once located on Military Rd in Benton when they first opened up in Benton. I was lucky enough to have worked hard enough during their grand opening to be able to keep my job. A few if my friends were let go. So I have some experience working with fast food. This Hardees located in South St has horrible food preparation. By now they should know that the breakfast rush would be between the hours of 8 and 11. Then the lunch rush would start. I waited for my order from 9 until at least 0935 in the dining area. At that time there was one person waiting on food because they had already paid and there were 5 people in front of me waiting to order. A couple came in that had a mobile order. They said they had been waiting an hour. They could have been in the drive thru and then came in because they came in after I paid for my order. I will say that the staff did get a little perturbed at this customer. I get that both parties could have handled it better but I’m not them. I stood and waited for my food. When I got my food(carry out) my hash rounds were slightly cold. The biscuit had a nice crispy outer just like I remember but the Frisco breakfast sandwich wasnt toasted nearly as long as I have seen before. I made the mistake of getting my coffee before my order was completed and it was warm cooling off by the time I took a sip. Overall my food could have been better but at least the biscuit still had the great flavor and texture I remember. The staff could have taken 3 minutes to explain the situation to the people who ordered their food on line instead of giving attitude and not giving them a number to call. There are many other instances like this one and I’m sure you won’t miss my money because I will not be going back until I see some major changes.

A drive-thru worker failed to get the lid on a cup of coffee, which ended up all over my car. The manager of the Benton store told me her boss would call me back, but that never happened, so I’ll have to pay for cleaning the upholstry. On top of that, the order was wrong. I’ll never stop at a Hardees again.
