I ordered a burrito bowl and all they gave me was the chicken and still charged me over $12. They will not refund me, I know a scoop of chicken is probably $5 but was charged as if I got what I was advertised, do not order from here unless you want them to steal your money and not give you what you paid for. Accidents happen but the refusal to fix the issue after even admitting they did infect make this mistake is not okay.

What a royal rip off…we stopped yesterday for supper, please note this isn’t a restaurant we go to often and first time at this one. Open your wallets, 2 bowls chips and 1 drink …$36. Restaurant was a mess, no clean tables. While sitting there employee walked through dining area carrying 2 umbrellas from outside and walked through prep area and kitchen with them. Ice machine was broken and employee said it happens all the time. Wont be a place for us to return.

Chipotle this is where our relationship ends, I am seeing someone else who is able to meet my needs. We had a good run and I appreciate how you were there for me in high school. But now I care too much about my body and my finances to continue this any longer. I gave you many chances, and yet you hurt me over and over. I tried to introduce you to my friends but you consistently made a fool of yourself. I tried to defend you but in the end I should’ve listen to the people around me. You didn’t wash the lettuce everybody with me knew it, you always oversalted the lime rice and even the cauliflower. I know for sure your chicken made me sick at least once, and it was hard not to take it personally. You just cost me too much money and disappointment over the years. I tried lowering my standards for you and having multiple conversations with you, but you never changed. You kept hiring younger and younger people who really never cared about me. I will remember our time fondly. It is sad to say goodbye. But I have to do what’s best for me. I give you two stars because of our history and my respect for you. I wish you the best.

Chipotle steals your money. I ordered double chicken and only got 4oz! according to several articles chipotle serving size is 4oz. Chipotle employees are always extremely light handed. This location as well had never made my order correctly or worked quickly. Annoyed that I paid extra for nothing and probably not going to get my money back.

This isn’t for this store, this is for the chain, specifically their website. Two factor authentication?! Really?! This isn’t to help anyone’s protection, it is only to track and gather valuable information that can be used and sold. Also, if I log in and you require me to use two factor, but I can type in any phone number and use that immediately? That is pathetic! It loses all attempts to even appear to “protect” our accounts! So, thanks for that! Maybe you can set up a camera in my bathroom to “protect” my account too! Idiots!

I order at this location because it’s closest to my job. Every other time I order, something’s is missing from my bag. It gets frustrating having to constantly go through the steps to say it’s missing. They need to slow down and read the order and get it correct. Especially with how expensive they are.

We visit Chipotle T once per month or more if I can think s new excuse.not to cook, the food is superb, both quality and quantity,. We are able to get two days worth of food out of each bowl. Tip: to get the best flavor when reheating sprinkle two tablespoons of broth or water on the rice before reheating in the microwave.

Ordered online pickup. We got there the driver thru line was wrapped around the building. Sat for 30-40mins for A ONLINE PICKUP, thinking the drive thru would be faster…..Once we received our food, I parked to look in the bag, didn’t see any chips or queso, turns out they WROTE on the bag “OUT CHIPS”. But they didn’t say anything in the drive thru line or nothing online saying they are “OUT OF CHIPS” but I paid for the chips and queso when I ordered online, so that’s upsetting, also don’t understand why I didn’t receive my queso either but I didn’t wanna go in over a $2 refund. Then on my bowl I specifically asked for extra lettuce , and rice but it didn’t look like extra to me. ♀️ ♀️
