By far, the worst donuts we have ever had and we aren’t picky at all. Ordered 9 Boston crème and 3 “jelly” filled. They waited until the driver came to have HIM call me to say they only had 2 Boston crème. Umm ok? I wasn’t going to cancel the order on the driver because it wasn’t his fault and he wouldn’t have received a tip. Ended up with 8 jelly filled, 2 glazed and 2 Boston crème. The jelly is artificial yuck and it was like a sweetened biscuit and all of them were dry as if old. Better off getting them from the local grocery store or even prepackaged donuts. Seriously, don’t waste your money unless you want to be extremely disappointed. My kids didn’t even like them which says a lot. Never again. I did get a “sorry” note on the back of my receipt.

Place used to be good I don’t know what went wrong, when i walked in the tables were dirty. I ordered food and a coffee, the coffee they gave it to me but I noticed the 2 girls that were working there had not started they were just talking and then when i asked if they’ve started she gave me a rude face and said “No”, There’s no need to give an attitude all I did was ask because I had been waiting for almost 10 minutes.. I would just appreciate if you could have a little more compassion towards customers!!

I go to this location pretty frequently. My order is always good. The only downside is that they are frequently out of things I try to order (Ham & Cheese Croissants, bacon for wraps, specialty flavorings). It almost seems like they just don’t order enough or maybe don’t anticipate things being as popular as they are. Either way, always yummy.

This location is one of the worst locations. The customer service is unprofessional. The employees stop service at the drive at 7:53pm before close. Turned on the closed message and turned away myself and 2 other customers. When I looked into the store they person with the headset gave us the middle finger and mouthing they were closed.

Good visit at this Dunkin location. Courteous staff and efficient service. I ordered coffee 2milks, 2sugars. Tasted very good. I also ordered two Bacon & Egg Cheese Wraps. Served hot, cheesy and tasted good too. The outside trash can needed to be emptied, but everything else at this Dunkin location was excellent!

Ordered two bacon, egg, cheese sandwich from this location. I asked for fresh sandwiches and was willing to wait, and manager stated, it was “made to order”. Last I checked it takes longer than 30 seconds to thoroughly cook bacon, but it’s “made to order”. On 5/18/23@8am, the manager on shift stated, “we do not have a microwave to warm up the sandwich since it was cold upon receipt. I shouldn’t need a microwave if it’s “made to order.” Definitely the worst DD in the South Western Region regarding food and staff. HQ please allow these employees 2 weeks additional training with pay.
