Would not recommend this location. Staff is ok just don’t ask for anything but the food is old and nothing is fresh fries are stale and cold burgers are over loaded with mustard and ketchup buns are dry and stale. Fountain drinks taste old and unchanged just unimaginable how they have an A… from where the untouched lobby.

The lady taking orders in the drive thru at 1145am is completely rude and has a horrible attitude. I have never experienced such horrible customer service before and I’ve worked in fast food. She couldn’t tell me the price either after leaving the speaker. Sorry if you’re have a bad day but you need to leave your problems at the door or maybe you’re just a miserable person. Idk. She forgot my chicken sandwich and tried arguing with me over it. I showed her my receipt and the bag and was still trying to convince herself that I was wrong until she talked to the cook.

Do NOT eat here, absolutely horrible service and food even for a fast food restaurant, I ordered a snoop munchie meal for carry out and they took almost 25 minutes on it, aside from that they got the order completely wrong! They gave me a burger with 2 tacos and a brownie, which is completely different than what I should have got. Not only that they had NO sauces in stock, NO curly fries (they are too lazy to drop fresh fries), NONE of the food was fresh, the tacos were stale, the lady that made the tacos would just make a lot and put them in the warmer for hours, the Regular fries were cold and unsalted and their fountain drink machine has been broken for almost a year, the owner clearly doesn’t care about this place and the workers could care less about their quality. There even was someone behind me in line waiting and he decided to leave. Please reconsider eating here with your family or just yourself, they got everything wrong…

Food was hot and delicious. Staff was friendly and seemed very busy. Unfortunately the restaurant needed attention. Nearly every table needed to be wiped down. Floor had food and trash that needed to be swept. The floor felt sticky as I was waking toward the restroom. The restroom had plenty of trash on the floor. I’ve machine had exposed parts and I’m not sure if it was working.

Drove across town CRAVING jack in the box because I’m PREGNANT. When I pulled into the drive-Thru at 3AM the lady said “we’re closed” and started to LAUGH as I literally started to CRY because of how bad I wanted this craving. Called spoke to the GM Yahdira and she couldn’t speak English. I got the district manager’s number, Angel said he would investigate but it’s NOT required for the management to speak English NOT to mention he hung up on me as well how PROFESSIONAL RIGHT?!. Jack in the box has gone so far down hill I’m truly disgusted how I was treated and hope that lady is never pregnant having a craving she can’t have because it’s the WORST feeling ever to know you can’t have what you want !!!

Ordered the 2 tacos special. They were no good. They are too greasy, and they are making them smaller. I used to enjoy them very much. I don’t mind waiting for them to prepare them, so they would be warm but they had them ready at the window. No good!

The quality of the food has significantly declined. The restaurant always looks dirty. The employees are clearly there just for the paycheck, and it’s clear that they’re not happy with what they earn. Go elsewhere. You’ll get more bang for your buck somewhere else.
