This is the slowest McDonald’s. Three times in the last year I have waited more than 20 minutes for a happy meal through the curb side orders. Twice, I had to go inside and ask for my food. Not doing that again. I could have driven home cooked them in the toaster and driven back in less time. So much for “Fast Food”

This day it was busy. 3 or 4 cars in front of me and 3 cars behind me. I thought I was going to get fresh fries, but when I got my fries, it was not fresh at all as if it was sitting there for a while. It wasn’t even hot. It was hard and stale. Absolutely horrible management. The general manager is the worst manager i have ever talked to and is absolutely not qualified for her job. She is rude and disrespectful. Went through drive thru today the young Hispanic guy giving my order was very rude! I politely asked for no cup holder for drinks and he rudely tells me to get cups off myself as I tried to do so I was having difficulty because of my disability of severe rheumatoid arthritis and it’s painful he saw me spilling some of my drinks and wouldn’t help me at all!! I ordered at the kiosk because nobody behind the counter was able to take my order… Waited 20 minutes for some breakfast for me and my daughter. My egg McMuffin was not even cooked and our sodas were dripping with soda… Like really what is so hard to wipe down the drinks before they are served..

My last review did not post for some reason but this McDonalds in terrible. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. During one of my visits I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order. While I was in line my husband called about a family emergency. I pull through to pick up my food and kept the windows up due to the personal nature of the conversation I was having. I assumed that I would see the cashier when she was ready to hand me my food. While I’m talking I look over and the cashier was standing in the window starring at me. At that point I rolled down the window and she continued to stare. I gestured for her to hand me the food so she handed me my bag, but she withheld the bottle of milk that I ordered for one of my kids. I then looked at her and gestured for her to hand me the milk, after standing there for a few seconds she handed me the milk but never said a word. I then pulled out the line and onto Howard road. When I looked over the same cashier was in the window and she made a gesture out the drive thru window and my car that was either a peace sign or a middle finger. After I hung up with my husband, I called McDonalds to complain and asked for the manager. The manager didn’t want to give me the employee’s name or her own name. Eventually she said that the employee was named Esmeralda and she would talk to her about the incident, but I don’t believe that was the employee’s actual name. I will never go back to this McDonalds again. The staff here is terrible and extremely rude. They all need to be re-trained or outright fired.

They always mess up my order and I’m usually in a hurry. I keep telling myself NOT to sit at the window and QC my receipt item by item. But unless it’s one or two you’re good. They’re not the best at big orders , like EVER.
