Very much enjoyed our 1st visit to Brooks Tavern in Teyon. We went with family & had great seats by the stage where we got to listen to the Russ Wilson 4Tet. What a great group of guys/musicians!

Went for lunch. They were out of some items. They just opened a few days ago. No big issue. Burgers were good as well as the fries. Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls are very good. Beer was good as well as the drinks. We will return after they are open a while.

I went to Brooks Tavern for lunch with my family on Saturday. There was live music that day which was very nice. Our server was very nice and accommodating. The food ABs portion size was excellent. The prices were also reasonable considering the high quality. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

This was hands down the worst dining experience I have ever had. Waited an hour and a half for food only to find out the waitress forgot to hit send in our order. After a less than impressive response by the manager, we chose to leave and get food elsewhere. The atmosphere is nice but it was really hot inside as well.

August 20, 2023, three of us decided to have dinner at the newly opened Brooks Tavern. We were seated promptly and placed our order. After waiting for almost two hours for food, we decided to leave as this was entirely too long! I approached the server (who is also co-owner of the restaurant) and she displayed very little concern or consideration. She feigned surprised that we had not received our food–knowing all the time that she never placed the order. She offered no apologies or explanations. She offered nothing to let us know that our business was important to her. She simply forgot to place our order. I’m usually very reasonable about human error. I don’t mind a mistake; it’s how you handle it that tells me whether you care or not. The server was very cavalier about this situation. As I was exiting the restaurant, I spoke briefly with the other co-owner (her husband) who was very apologetic. For me, going to a new restaurant is about the entire experience. My Expectations were higher than what was delivered at Brooks Tavern.

Food was great, server was great! However…don’t sit in the room with the piano! It’s too loud and can’t hear the conversation with the person across the table from you.

Waited at least an hour for our dishes. The fries were cold and the gourmet homemade chips turned out to be stale Lay’s potato chips and we were not given the option to select another side item. Also the bill was incorrect and it took 3 tries to get it right. It’s a nice place and hopefully they will get the bugs worked out.

Food was good, but that’s where it ends. Too many tables for such a small space. Too loud, my husband and I could not have a conversation. Table crowded with stuff: ketchup, mustard, Mayo, lamp, giant menu.

Ordered the regular burger and a smash burger. Regular burger was way uncooked and returned. The smash was like two chicken tenders sized patties. Not thin or “smashed” and overcooked. Blue Cheese and ranch were fine. Chips were good. Fries that we upgraded to were sad and limp. Won’t be back.
