Overall, a great experience. The steak and the seafood was phenomenal. Salads and bread were delightful. The chicken however was a bit dry. Maybe just a one off miss step, but I’ve had better chicken.

Very high end steakhouse and a bit on the pricy side. Everyone is very well professionally dressed, respectful, very high end top notch etiquette trained. Honestly, we were treated like royalty and they constantly were checking up on us or interacting with us and yet you don’t have to be professionally dressed up yourself. I almost felt like I was in a real life Gusteau’s French restaurant in Paris France from the Ratatouille movie. About half the menu was over priced in my opinion. I ate a wonderful tasty 18 Oz Bone in Ribeye Medium for $81, then added black truffle butter on top for $9 with no additional sides given. I’ve eaten the same exact entree for $35-$40 at Longhorn Steakhouse with two sides included and it tasted just as good. The onion soup, bread basket, and complimentary fruit, cheese, nut platter was excellent. At the end we tried a goat milk cheesecake which was delicious and is overall healthier with less sugar and calories compared to normal cheesecake. Also if you sign up as a rewards member, then within 3 weeks of your birthday and 4 weeks after you can get $75 off for yourself if you spend up to $150. They also automatically add a 20% tip to your bill and it’s up to you if you want to add more to the tip! Come to find out they have a private cigar dining room in the back!

El Gaucho is a really nice steakhouse. The service here is always impeccable, they hold themselves to a high standard. The food is good. Steak is always on point. The scalloped potatoes, corn, scallops and oysters are all fantastic. It’s very expensive. Plan to spend $300-400 dollars for two people. I’ve never had a bad experience here. There are better steakhouses in the area, which are all more inexpensive, but overall of you’re looking for a fancy steakhouse experience you can’t go wrong here.

This was a big dinner for us, out 10 year wedding anniversary. We picked one of the best restaurants to go to. Our server Gabby was amazing, she helped explain the food and the process to us which was super cool. This restaurant is fancy but also relaxed, they have found a wonderful balance.

Heard it was good. Went to make a reservation and they make you agree to their mandatory 20% service charge for them, retained by them. That’s explicit. At restaurants like these I leave a 20% tip for the staff. So your $100 minimum dinner now goes to $140, at least, not including taxes. By the time their done you’ll pay 50% more. Needless to say I cancelled out of a reservation for five.
