I find it hard to believe that a place like Qdoba regularly runs out of ingredients or toppings. they either need to prep faster or stop being lazy and telling me that they’re out of things when they could easily just go to the back and grab more. it’s getting fairly frustrating.

Honestly have always liked chipotle a little more but Chipotles service has gone down hill which has made me go to Qdoba and its been a solid choice. This location is always friendly and the food is great!

Right off the bat I noticed my burrito looked super tiny, and my husband was missing guac from his nachos. When I ate the burrito though, about half of it was just rolled up tortilla. Very disappointing.

Came in a few days ago, kid with tattoos was awesome, gave me a free drink for my wait even though it wasn’t long. I come in all the time through the line it’s usually very busy, tried the online order process and online is the way to go apparently.

Food is good. Not great, not horrible. The newer soft tacos are good. They changed the drunken yardbird from carnitas to chicken. Tasted better with carnitas. Service here is good.

Please train your employees to do their job correctly. If they are working the register they should know how it works. Employees should also not be shouting across the restaurant at customers about anything. I asked them to type in my member number and I was shouted at by four different employees that they were not capable of doing that. (Despite the fact that it’s never been an issue before) I had to spend 15 minutes trying to log into an account to use my coupon. Additionally I was short changed because they didn’t have the correct coinage, a fact they didn’t tell me until after closing the transaction and giving me my receipt. Finally, I ordered nachos and they did not put chips in the bag. I had to go to the grocery store to buy chips after discovering this at home. Needless to say the food was cold by the time I was able to eat it.
