Worst fast food restaurant on the planet!! I ordered a double roast beef sandwich and some crinkle fries. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in fish oil all day. They were stinky and dry at the same time, and unsalted . Disappointing! And the roast beef sandwich was dry. It didn’t have any cheese on it. I will never eat at an Arby’s ever again in my life .

Just sat in the drive-through to get the wrong order. This seems to be a theme. Usually I have a great experience here. This is one of a couple that I have not been so great I called to say that my order was wrong and the manager told me that I could get back in line which took me another half hour put me late to what I was doing to begin with, I’m not sure what’s really going on here but Arby’s you need to get it together. Pay the employees better have better managers I don’t know but one thing I do know is Arby’s is never supposed to be run like this. Poor guess service. And the lobby is of course still closed. I’ve only been inside a couple of times when they had the lobby open. I never in my entire life would’ve thought that a restaurant should close the doors and not let you in to order and eat. And the hours of operation are usually not until 10 o’clock. It’s usually at 8 o’clock and I’ve even driven through here at 7 o’clock and it’s been closed. This is not how you run a restaurant Arby’s. And the only reason that I didn’t give it a one star. Is because this is one of the better ones around this area as I said, I usually don’t have a bad experience here. And I don’t wanna see the pre scripted response of Oh we’re so sorry don’t be sorry be better do better but I’m sorry it’s not going to cut it here. Please read notes on pictures. Will explain a lot. But it should never take an hour and 20 minutes of your day to order one simple sandwich and a milkshake. I don’t know when I’m gonna be going back to Arby’s but not anytime soon.

The young gentle men at the drive thru was great. My chicken sandwich was not fully cooked in the middle. This is a huge safety concern. When I called to inform the lady she sounded like she did not care, I told her I could report this and with extreme attitude she told me ok and hung up while I was still talking. Also took 3 calls for them to answer when I knew they were not busy. Never did she try to apologize or fix it, just debated with me. Please take the food you serve serious. You could make someone seriously sick.

Popped a tire and had to pull in to get the spare put on. After doing that I went in and got myself something to drink and the manager (I assume) said it’s on the house because we had bigger problems at hand. Great guy and great service

Just went to this Arby’s to order a couple of things for my mom and I and I ordered the pecan chicken sandwich and was told that they don’t have that today. I went there just for that sandwich. I figured out something else to have and then ordered a Reuben for my mom and was told that they don’t have those today either. It wasn’t like this was in the middle of the night, it was 1:30 in the afternoon. No excuse to be out of those things, they probably just didn’t want to make them. Get some managers to manage the kids you have working for you.

A few years ago I said I would not return to this Arby’s because they were sending out coupon flyers in the mail that expired 2 days after being received. I expect those fliers to be be good for at least a week. I’ve seen this several times over the years, where businesses bait you in, then you end up paying full price, and I refuse to support such behavior. Recently, I tried to give them another chance (twice now), and both times their app would not work to accept payment. I might try again in a couple of years, but for now, I do NOT recommend this business.

Not sure why I am even reviewing this place since most of the reviews say the same thing. Only hit this location if you have a love for long drive-thrus, cold fries, and you like to waste money. I had only a few minutes to grab lunch and Arby’s was it. Should have just skipped it. Fries were cold and only half filled and my chicken sandwich was missing most of the bottom bun. Yikes.
