Whoa the service. They honestly do not want money at this location. I arrived at 19:49 on 19jun23 and the drive through was closed and told everyone to return back during normal business hours but the inside was open. The cashier did not want to be bothered with. My assorted donuts were very unassorted. Yea don’t waste your money here. by the way the donuts are not for me but the for a military unit.

I’ve had plenty of disappointing customer service experiences at this Dunkin but today definitely was the worst. My mom went through the drive thru, asking for a coffee, she sometimes has difficulty pronouncing words in English & the cashier said “this will be the last time i take your order here. Next time go to the machine because it’s too difficult to understand you & it takes too much time.” In Spanish! (This was her first time even ordering herself at this store!) The disrespect, the rudeness of the customer service. Learn how to be kind and compassionate towards people who have difficulty pronouncing words instead of putting them down. My mom felt so embarrassed and started crying afterwards. She is someone who has been practicing her English but has an accent. Do better.

This may say Dunkin’ Donuts well it’s far from it. Coffee is cold. Food is sloppy. Service is a bunch of teenagers who hate their job and treat customer poorly. They told me this store doesn’t have manager. They don’t need one. Their director of operations, Mohammed, will act as if he cares but doesn’t keep his word. The reason the store runs this way is because the main boss is unprofessional and does not care as long as he makes money

One of the most dirty and unhygienic Dunkin I have ever seen. If you go inside the store at least you 15 mins you have wait to place your order because every on busy with drive thru. They gave my order to somebody else & when I asked for my order they were giving me somebody’s else’s order and insisting that it’s the same. Person who took my order kept wiping his nose and want even wearing the the gloves. You can imagine how filthy that would be.

The service here is very erratic. Some days it is decent, other days you can’t seem to get the staff to notice that you are waiting in line for service. I generally have better luck in the drive thru than inside. Today, I finally had to get someone’s attention inside to start taking orders for the folks who were in line. I finally had to leave because it was taking so long.

Hello so by reading the other reviews i think this location has 1 employee problem. I did not catch her name but i think its the same girl. She does not know how to greet a customer. When she gives you your order the look she gives you, wow scary!! NOT COMING TO THIS LOCATION ANYMORE IF SHE IS THERE!
