This place is absolutely divine in every way! I ordered the Takatenjin “Soul of the Sensei” sake, cold, and I was happy with the sweet notes that ended with a clean dryness. The hot miso soup was amazing in flavor and richness, watching the broth swirl was tantalizing. I ordered the Roo roll, this was an excellent choice of fish and shrimp paired together and I could not have been happier. To finish off my drinks, I had a glass of mana “True vision” sake. This was a crisp and sweet sake with very little dry, and I loved it the most. The final was a Nigiri with one of their special catches for the day; a Bluefin

Came here for happy hour/dinner and had a decent experience! We ordered a cocktail (St. Germain Spritz), a hot sake, multiple hand rolls, the sake king sashimi, hamachi roll, crispy rice, and a few others. Normally I like to confirm all items that I’ve ordered but unfortunately their menu is not on their website and I didn’t take a photo of the menu so I’m guessing at this point. The staff was very nice but the place is kind of cramped up in a small venue. Make sure to make reservations because it does get slam packed with people (at least during the winter).

This is a hidden gem in Jackson Hole. We could not recommend this enough. It was the perfect ambiance and a small restaurant.

If you are in Jackson Hole & like sushi, you HAVE to try this place. Some of the best I’ve had, the nigiri specials are amazing. Nothing disappointed!

This place is phenomenal. Walked in and sat at the bar after being turned away from a restaurant I wanted to try next door that was booked. The food quality is exceptional. It’s creative but not too out there in that the highlight is very high quality fresh fish. Beverage offering was great and service was warm and attentive. Beats the sushi I’ve recently had at high end places on SF and LA. Highly recommend!

Easily one of the best sushi places I have been to. Tasted fresh, and was just different from other sushi places that I’ve been to before.

Fantastic and cozy place for some excellent sushi. The roll with wagyu beef was tremendous, the atmosphere is snug but lively, quaint but sophisticated. We eat sushi all over the country and this little place (with the underwhelming name) could be our favorite. Can’t wait to go back. (Ramen fans take note though – they no longer offer ramen, or the duck buns).

Japanese/Asian fusion kind of place. It was nice, the sushi has some twist. It was worth trying.

Tora and Roo rolls were both great, as was the edamame which is easy to mess up. Sushi was solid, and the crew had nice info about the area
