Ryan is the manager at the store. Has a very nasty attitude for no reason. Complained about given fresh food for the old. And then gave my family raw chicken nuggets. No goor customer service at all. His employe had to give the us some good nuggets. The store is nasty and not clean.

Great customer service from the manager on duty that night. Took my daughter. niece and neighbor kid late friday before closing and the kids ordered their own meals the $5biggie bag and I got the pecan salad and even though they got one sandwich wrong(, they made a burger instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger) they fixed it quick and the kids were appreciative. Happy kids, happy life.

Came to the restaurant to get a salad and really thought long and hard before I came because last time people working there had bad attitudes I didn’t want to deal with it. Well I go anyways and I accidentally passed the first window and went to the second window because nobody was in line. The MANAGER, in front of all her employees, asked are u still paying for this ma’am? I said yes I want to pay. She then said well the window is back there, pointed to the other window, put my bottle water down and walked away. Nobody was behind me, so she wanted me to back up I guess. I drove off. You can keep the food cause if you talk to people like that, heaven forbid how you feel about there food!! The moral of this place is piss poor and until they change it from the top nothing will ever change. It’s a NO FOR ME! Never again!

With new ownership I thought this place was improving nonetheless the last 2-3 times I’ve placed an order through the app the item was not available at the window. When I check in they should advise me there so I have an option to cancel the order. I rarely go her but on my last 3 visits this has happened which does not encourage me to use there app with is already cumbersome in its functionality. Customer service is shady as well. Fries also were not freshly made.

I do NOT recommend. We are visiting down here and The only good thing was the frosty! If you specialize something (no pickle or mustard) for example they don’t care . They still put everything on. The fries are the bottom ones and cold! Also not sure if it’s hard to count to 4 but each 4 piece only had 3 each won’t come back to this one again.

I only chose 1 star because I had some empathy for the manager on duty at this time. The experience I had was so uncalled for. One of the clerks on the drive through was extremely rude, she told us upon ordering that they were only excepting cash, when I asked why she rudely told me that I could drive on through, I stopped at the window she continued with a very bad attitude, the manager came and instructed her to just stop, and offered to fix my order personally. She continued to stand at the window and laugh and make very smart comments. it was awful. I asked for a refund. I don’t plan to go to this Wendy’s after 2pm. When I’m out and want a burger, it’s usually Wendy’s but definitely not this location

Today I ordered a taco salad with blue cheese crumbles and everything else you can put on a taco salad. When it came all I got was a Caesar salad and some chips. Not even the chili came. I’m very disappointed. We tried to call but they kept ending the call. We even called corporate and there were no help either. The food is good every other day but service today was disappointing. I don’t recommend this restaurant as a go-to.

I called in regards to some old chicken I was given on several of my salads, but my call was rejected multiples times after asking for a manager. When I finally got through, someone answered with a fake accent and said “Tech Support”, pretending that they were NOT a Wendy’s location, even though they had already answered saying Wendy’s. Old food. Trashy service.

The A/C is either not turned on or doesn’t work there’s always flies in the store just flying around if you go inside to pick up an order it’s never ready they take their sweet time the employees move about as fast as an iceberg they never apologize for things taking too long they have no manners whatsoever. I’ll never eat at that location and I would not recommend anybody else does either

Worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. Sadly it’s the only one near me that closes late. They always are out of something to the point where I now refuse to use the app. Management is atrocious the employees have attitudes just throw the whole staff away and rebuild with quality employees.
