Had an exceptional experience while waiting on my wife to come out of surgery. Needed something small but was craving something new and the barista was happy to help, asking me what I had a craving for and whipping up something current on the menu. It was great, and so was the croissant which was fresh and flaky.

Went this morning and had an AWFUL young woman there to greet me. Gate was gone and I wasn’t even ready to order I was just double checking the prices. Didn’t even hesitate with a snotty attitude “I’m am NOT open you need to leave” excuse me I’m just looking at prices. I sat down and waited and watched another lady come up and ask her if she opened at 7:00 this morning. Again snotty attitude. “No, it’s not I will open after 7:00 not 7:00” chill with your attitude. I then saw one more lady come up. After 7:00. She was hospital security and she asked her for a large cup of water. She again being a snotty brat said no. So the lady asked if they have any cups that are free. She said no we count all these cups. They have to be paid for. So she left. Got her own cup and asked her if she could just get it filled with ice. Of course she was turned away again. IMMEDIATELY after the security guard left. This girl. CALLED HER FRIEND (while on shift at the register) and starting to complain about the security guard asking for a freaking cup of water!!! Saying how annoying she was and how Starbucks counts every single cup. No I know for a fact people drop cups and have to throw them away. There’s NO WAY you count every single cup and pay for them. Whomever this girl is NEEDS an immediate attitude adjustment. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The coffee shop is easily accessible without leaving the hospital. I recieved top notch service and decent coffee. I would rate it 5 stars but I reserve the last star for extraordinarily great establishments. For me this was just a typical Starbucks so 4 stars is accurate. I do recommend this specific Starbucks if you’re visiting Sacred Heart hospital.

My wife arrived at this establishment to get a coffee while her dad is going through open heart surgery and she received an unbelievably rude attitude from a worker at Starbucks. My wife is pregnant and was simply standing on the wall waiting to put in an order and the worker very rudely got onto my wife for standing on the wall…which is exactly what the 3 people before my wife were doing. Why did she pick on my wife? It was completely unneccesary and frankly, embarrassing. This is a coffee shop in a hospital…there is no need to treat customers with a rotten attitude. Hall traffic was not being blocked or impeded in anyway.

My favorite Starbucks in town. The reason being that it is very small, only a handful of tables which I personally prefer as a studying environment. If coming here to do work, I would recommend to come early if you want a spot. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Make sure you download the Starbucks app for free basic coffee refills.

I’m not the biggest coffee person, and probably won’t be. I’m not and never will be a coffee shop connoisseur. I do like some of their breakfast sandwiches and pastries. But I go for my go to drink, iced coffee with peppermint and mocha no cream. It’s a Christmas drink I know, but that’s what I like, it’s really good. On occasion I’ll mixed it up, and they of course have a huge selection. I’m in and out once a week or through the drive through. The baristas here and honestly at most I’ve been to in town and around the southeast are usually nice and very competent. The service is good.

Says they close at 9pm. Cool but it was 850 and 5 cars went through the drive through and tried to enter the building but the doors were locked and the drive thru was ignored. No message saying they were closed just straight ignored. People still work night shifts and yes I was running later than normal but seriously. At least the gas station and dunkin stay open till they say they do. Awful customer service
