I came by the drive thru for a 2 for 6 deal and received exceptional service. The young woman working the drive thru was very friendly and nice, my food tastes great (the fries are very good), and the bag presentation is dope. No food is slipped over the other and the napkins are even laced very well within the bag. You can tell that whoever’s in there cares about their work. Thanks!

Usually we receive great service from this location but unfortunately today that was not the case. Not only was the drive through running so much slower then usual we also received both our orders of the Bacon Pub Fries ($3.29 EACH) without any bacon! When we continuesly tried to call the store to complain the phone rang busy (over a 10-15 minute time frame). Not only is that quite frustrating but it also causes your customers to feel ignored and disrespected, especially for that long of a time period. I hope management is able to get to the bottom of this issue and make sure it is corrected.

Made Wendy’s look bad. Manager walking around in the parking lot while I waited for a mobile order for literally 40 minutes. While this happened multiple people got their mobile orders before us while we were parked. I went in to let them know and they clearly hadn’t even started. Went back outside to wait and had to go back in to get my order. While I was in there waiting pretty annoyed at this point two workers were texting on their phone. Finally had to walk in and my order was just sitting there after we had been parked. After all of this they STILL messed the order up and manager didn’t come back in until I was leaving. 40 MINUTES. No people in line for a lot of that time. The workers here during that time either do not care at all and are extremely lazy or they are extremely ignorant.

I was very disappointed. I went thru the drive-thru. I ordered a small sweet tea and a cheeseburger. I asked for a smaller burger instead of the Dave’s single, she told me no, they only had the Dave’s Single #1. I explained I didn’t want the #1 as I didn’t want fries and I wanted a small drink. $8.01 for a cheeseburger and small ice tea. I also asked if they also gave a Senior Discount and I was told no, however, I have been given a senior discount at other Wendy’s. Okay, I get a single and get to the dr’s parking lot. Open my single and it was burnt. I couldn’t even eat it. Not a pleasant experience!!!

So I’m changing my review. I honestly feel like the place has gotten a little better since my review. Yet, I only eat the breakfast menu since my review too! Staff seems a little friendlier and I can’t lie my breakfast sandwich and potatoes are always hot and fresh! There’s a lady, African American woman, she’s cool and I can tell she works hard and truly does well at her job. Still could use some improvement but I think it’s gotten better!! 1 to 2 and half so 3

BEST WENDY’S I’VE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Online ordering went smoothly and quickly. Workers were courteous to me, as well as to each other. They seemed to be having a fun time while getting the job done. Much to my surprise, the fries really ARE hot & crispy!!! Also, they gave me the EXACT number of honey mustard packages I asked for! This Wendy’s is especially technologically advanced, featuring a Coca-Cola Freestyle! Also, a great bang for your buck. The vibes here are immaculate. Will be coming back!!!

Avoid this Wendys. Employees will not greet you or acknowledge your existence, until the food is done. The employees were too caught up in their own gossip and jokes. Our burgers were luke warm, because they made those immediately and sit them to the side. Ten minutes later they got to the rest of the food, which was hot. Maybe thay food was not ready, who knows, there was zero communication. We were thr ONLY CUSTOMERS sitting inside and the place was swarming with employees. They got one burger wrong, but, by then, we just wanted to eat our food and leave. The water in the soda machine had a faint metallic taste as well? Made all the soda taste horrible. We will definitely not be returning to this location or another Wendys for a good while, after this experience.

I don’t know how every time I order from here they manage to mess up my order. I ask for NO cheese, they put cheese majority of the time. I pay to add bacon, my sandwiches had absolutely no bacon. I ordered this online through their app so it’s not like I’m getting my refund. I hung in there with them though, but I think last night did it for me. I’m tired of the messed up orders.
