Me and my boyfriend use this dunkin location almost everyday, we’ve never had issues before today. Me and my boyfriend went in and got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese,hash browns, And two drinks, NOT A HARD ORDER! We got our drinks and they were perfect, our bagel wasnt toasted so we politely asked one of the employees if she could remake it because it wasn’t toasted, she insisted that she toasted the bagel and we got out to our car and opened the bag and the bagel was ice cold and hadn’t been toasted. It wasn’t a big deal until we went back inside to politely ask this worker if she could please toast our bagel. She trash talked us to her employee and threw a hissy fit when making the bagel, she said to her employee “now I’m gonna definitely toast there bagel, I’m gonna burn it” we get the bagel and we leave and go out to our car and open it and she burnt our bagel extremely and put butter on it instead of cream cheese. I understand it’s just a bagel but the amount of disrespect me and my boyfriend receive was unreal. Just a tip for the employee if you still want customers LEARN HOW TO HAVE HUMAN RESPECT!

Coffee is inconsistent. Drive through is slow. People can be sitting in their cars for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for someone just to speak and take their order. Whoever manages this place needs to get replaced.

Consistently poor customer service. Since my average wait in the drive thru is 7-10 minutes I went inside today due to the long drive line. I stood at the counter as the only customer inside and waited for three minutes (yes I timed it) to be ignored by five people behind the counter. When I asked out loud if all five of them intended to continue to ignore me this was confirmed by all five of them continuing to ignore me. Time to retrain your employees Dunkin’
