I ordered a veggie sandwich and checked it before I left, avocado spread was missing. No biggie. I asked for it on the side and I’ll add it later. As I’m wrapping my sandwich up, I overheard the lady telling the sandwich preparer the avocado spread was missing. She then lied and said it was, insinuating I was lying. A third female then proceeds to stare at me nodding, saying it was on there. At this point, I am second guessing myself so I check again. She said to give her the sandwich and she will show me it’s on there. I give her my sandwich and she dismembers it in front of me on the counter, with no avocado spread. Her only reply was, “sorry, she said she put it on there” and then leaves me to put my sandwich back together. It was no longer about the sandwich but more how I was treated. Customer service could definitely use some training.

I’ve been ordering from this Jimmy John’s location since I began working hospitality almost seven years ago. The food is always great. Fresh, delivered quickly, always so kind and professional when I call to order. They have never made a mistake on my order. Food is always fresh and that’s why I still order from them almost seven years later. No one in Southport brings me food faster than this Jimmy John’s location.

Not sure if they are hurting with inventory or what but seems like they dont put as much ingredients on the subs anymore. I ordered an Original Pepe sandwich and had to double check to make sure it wasnt a slim due it looking like there was nothing in there which there pretty much wasnt. There was barely any lettuce, ham nor provolone, I used to work at a Jimmy John’s back in the day and remember these being fuller. Definitely didn’t feel like I got my money worth.

Usually no issues here… But the girl at the register biting her nails and tossing it to the ground while waiting for me to retrieve my wallet changed my mind quick. The register is literally about a foot away from where the sandwich prep starts. No thanks.

I placed an online order today for delivery at 12:30pm. The start of my lunch break. At 1pm my food still had not arrived. I called to the store and was told the drive had just left. I knew then I would miss my lunch break. He finally arrived at about 1:20pm. I ordered a sprite and the sprite was basically soda water. I am not pleased epically when I called up to the store and the store associates say there is nothing that can be done.

I work about a mile down the road and often order from this store. I’ve always had quick delivery, but today I noticed that they printed my receipt, made my meal, and delivered it within 7 minutes. I don’t even think I could do that at home! It gives new meaning to “Freaky Fast Delivery”!!!
