Inside of their extra crispy chicken is undercooked and doughy I’ve had this issue in the past with the skin on the chicken sandwiches being doughy as well. My boyfriend placed an order online tonight and was told a 15 minute pick-up wait time on the website, called the store right after placing his order to make sure they received it and to get an estimated wait time over the phone and was told 25 minutes because they had just sold out of their extra crispy chicken. He arrived to the store 30 minutes after calling and his order still was not ready. They made him wait an additional 10 minutes in the lobby, and he could see the order screen where other drive through orders were being cleared out before his, and he has pictures of his order on the screen being open for over 40 minutes. All for us to get undercooked chicken, and having to return the entire meal anyways. Oh and he can’t even get his money back for 2/3 business days because it was an online order. This location is the absolute worst.

This restaurant is always a problem, this last time we went, will be the last time. Terrible food, 75% of our 16pcs were completely soggy like chicken sludge. The others were really dark like they’d be cooked in oil that should have been changed. The breats were as big or smaller than the thighs. Should have took the hint to not order food from here when I saw the sign that said no refunds. They can’t make it right if they give you the same exact food. Honestly the party store on Carpenter has better quality food than this location

Visited this newer location and really enjoyed the food. Was cooked well and tasted great. On the other hand my service left me questioning certain aspects. Does the worker really want their job or were they merely having a tough day. I got the feeling that I was in the wrong part of town, or just rubbed them the wrong way. Perhaps it was my appearance, I’m not sure but either way I expected better service.

I am very displeased with my experience this afternoon at this KFC location. Wanted to try the new chicken wraps. Pull up to drive thru, ask for 3 regular wraps and one of the spicy slaw wraps. The lady immediately yells, NO SLAW!!!!!!!” I knew from that point I should’ve said forget it… but I go ahead with my order. We pull up to the window, we are the only ones in line mind you, and we wait for over 10 mins for 4 wraps. The cashier, Bria, the one who apparently screamed NO SLAW, was extremely rude. Didn’t say a single word other than what our total was. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we get the wraps home and they are the worst meal I have ever received. There was a wrap with literally a piece of chicken the size of a chicken nugget, sloppily wrapped in a tortilla shell. They were all super small and horribly made. I will never return to this location again, I’d rather order chicken wraps from McDonald’s. I only wanted the slaw and they were OUT!!!!!! Which she made very clear. How can KFC be out of cole slaw anyways?!? What a joke.
