Above average my steak bowl came to $14.18. And I did add guacamole, which was an extra $2.65! But dang, was it good. This bowl was very flavorful and filling. I wrote a negative review because of the price for this first but now, after eating the food, it’s totally changed. Recommended

With the journey I’ve been on, my taste buds have been all over the place, but today, I was hungry for Mexican food. Stopping at Chipotle was a decision made out of convince but was presently surprised to have been able to eat and ENJOY my first Mexican dish since this journey started. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff at this location was top-notch. They all showed respect to each other as well as the customers; it was evident to us that management was being handled seriously but in a way that empowers staff. KUDOS to Season – THANK YOU FOR KINDNESS and for blessings us today.

This restaurant knows how to be community. The manager, Season took care of my wife’s weird and complicated taste buds from medical treatments. We were treated as royalty, as was every customer. The place was clean and welcoming. Our food was yummy as well. Thank you Chipotle staff at Reith Blvd.

The food was amazing! I got the burrito bowl, and it was super filling. What I loved most, though, were the flavors of lemonade. I tried the mandarin orange lemonade with cardamom and turmeric, and it was delicious! I’ll definitely be back!

Chipotle as a name is good food. This location needs guidance/ effectively trained employees under a manager that takes customer service serious (it’s what drives a business to success), pays attention to detail from front line, food prep (quality control), in person, online, take out. We have had THREE experiences, in which not 1 item was made correctly or completely omitting ingredients. If you don’t have ingredients make it NOT AVAILABLE on the app, the person in charge of food pay attention to details of the order, when adding meat make sure it’s meat and not throwing the fat in it and calling it a pork Burrito. If the volume of orders is too high with the limited employees available, then choose to make it drive thru only, or dine in only or only mobile orders. I much rather get a quality product, with great customer service in a clean environment than serve people with a million different ordering options. If you can’t keep up, choose a method for ordering. Chipotle is a great option for our town, but something needs to change and someone needs to take it serious, shift /store/district manager? Good Lord, Please!!

The place, counter top and tables were all dirty. 3 people hanging out at drive up window and one could have been cleaning up. None of the inside tables had been washed and the register area was filthy. Your meat options are chicken and steak but no steak was available which didn’t seem to bother the chef. The food was good but expensive for what you get. When you have a bunch of kids working (7 when I was there), you need an adult manager. This was the third time I have been there and all three times it was dirty!!!

Jospeh was so sweet and gave us our food for free one day after our 3 year old informed him it was his birthday. Unfortunately my chicken was raw. We didn’t feel comfortable asking for new food since he had given it to us for free. I ended up just not eating the chicken. I’ve been too afraid to get meat now when I go to this location. Sadly we no longer go to this chipotle because of this incident and because every time we go it is filthy and they are always out of food. Such a shame for the people who actually value their jobs at this location. Definitely needs new management.

I try to go at non peak hours. 3pm visit. Everything was just as good as any other ones I’ve been to that are higher rated. Looking at all the reviews, if you go at peak lunch or dinner time, you’re asking for trouble at any restaurant. Everything was stocked and tables were as clean as you normally see at a Chipotle. I’ve been to Chipotle locations all over the US, Texas, Colorado, Tennessee, Illinois, Mississippi. This one at 3pm was better than some. I will say the rice is clumpier more up north than in the south. It has to do with how they prep it in the mixing bowl. The bowl was make very well otherwise.

Newly opened store. While I was passing through, I stopped and grabbed a bite to eat. The service was quick and efficient. Food was delicious! Love the new location!!!

Too busy, one door was locked to control the flow of traffic. I used the app and waited for my order, but later found out they don’t put it in the rack and I had to ask for it. No sign saying this. Bad service and the person behind the desk was snotty about me asking for my food, like I was a bother. That’s your job. Food is fine though.
