There was a mix-up in the drive thru and they accidentally gave our food to the car in front of us. I was asked to repeat my order. Since it was my first time here I couldn’t remember off the top of my head what burger I ordered in the $5 deal, which apparently frustrated the lady and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. After they sorted out what happened, they refunded us for the chili they no longer had because the other car received it and apparently that was the last of it. While we were waiting for the $5 deal to be remade the lady (who I assume was a manager of sorts) continued to yell at the other employees. I was embarrassed for the poor employees, mistakes happen and they didn’t deserve that treatment in front of customers for sure. I was not even mad lol. Food we did get was good. If I stop again I hope to see a better working environment for employees.

OMG!!!! It was the worst, waited forever on the food at 9:20 last night no lettuce no tomato on the raw meat on a Dave’s single. My son got a double bacon and there were three small small small chips of bacon. Fry’s were cold food was cold will never be back. Lumberton has always been bad but last night took the cake. Beaumont however is always delicious.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. My wife and I stopped there for breakfast Saturday. We order 3 breakfast sandwich’s and a Diet Coke. They asked us to park in a wait space and they would bring out the order. Noooo, 20 minutes later I had to go in and ask where my order was. The “manager” popped an attitude and our order was sitting at the drive thru window shelf. When we got home, 2 of the sandwiches were missing sausage patties. How can you forget to put 1 ingredient on a sandwich that only has 3 ingredients between 2 pieces of bread. Wow!!! I’ll tell you how. The manager nor the employees care what the customer thinks or says. They’re not concerned with service or quality, just give ‘em a paycheck. Shut that place down and open a Chick-Fil-A.

The food was hot and fresh, even though when I visited this particular Wendy’s, they only had 2 people working and was still able to get my food out quickly. The 2 ladies that were working there definitely deserve some compensation for working as hard as they did.

Charged for wrong order then charged again for my order. Then had to argue with manager and show proof on my phone that I paid twice and when finally given refund it wasn’t full amount and manager said it has a discount on wrong order and was sorry but unable to give full refund. I asked if not giving full refund on order that wasn’t mine was right she said nothing she could do I asked if it was worth bad publicity and she said theirs was horrible anyhow

The $5 biggie bag has been a tremendous value for me running around making deliveries it’s a solid lunch for five bucks an ordering ahead on the app to have it ready when I get there keeps me on time.

When we first pulled through the drive thru, it only had one person in front of us, but it still took about 10 minutes to place an order. When we pulled forward to pay, the guy didn’t even get our order correct and had to add on the food he forgot to the total. While behind him, another worker was yelling about something. It was hard to hear over her. We were then asked to pull forward, and we proceeded to wait over 20 minutes to receive our food. We even went inside to see what was taking so long, and they told us they were waiting on biscuits, we did not order anything with biscuits. When we got our food, it wasn’t even correct, but we didn’t want to wait anymore, so we just kept what we had and left. The food isn’t bad here, but the wait and customer service is definitely a problem. We will be choosing other locations and not this one from now on.

I asked for 10 cheeseburgers meat and cheese only for my dogs. They acted like it was a inconvenience for them. Then they gave me 10 cheeseburgers with everything on them. Including onions. That are very harmful and toxic to dogs. Then after I got home and realized what happened. I called to complain. The lady said that she just did what the guy working the cash register said. Even though she argued during the process of me ordering the food. She knew exactly what I asked for. But still made it wrong.

This Wendy’s location is great! I went with my son for dinner a while back and not only did we get great food, but my son wanted a particular toy with his kids meal. The sweet people working behind the counter, scoured through the entire restaurant until they found the specific toy in the back, this made an 8 year olds day!!. So grateful for this extra effort as it would have been very easy to just turned him down. Also, Debbie is wonderful who is usually working the drive-through great staff!
