Food is decent when they don’t screw up the order and their customer service is horrible. Ordered from this place for years but today was the last time. They said it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes so I called and they said it was on its way. It was over an hour before we got the order and the pizza & fries were cold and they forgot the garlic dressing. I called and spoke to Jenny, instead of an apology for the mistake she just kept saying “it’s not on the receipt”, then says I can send it out but it will take a while. At that point my wife was aggrevated at Jenny’s rudeness so she took over the call. Jenny continued to be rude so my wife asked for an owner or manager, Jenny said they weren’t there, she said she’d remake the order and send it out. We decided after we hung up that we’d just rather get a refund and stop ordering from them. When she called back to cancel Raul answered and when she explained the issue he was rude and said that he’d give a refund and send someone back to pick up the food that they delivered but still being rude and no apology. I spoke to him and tried to explain that our orders have been screwed up in the past and it’s not right that we’d have to wait another hour for our food, he didn’t seem to care and rudely kept saying “well I’m just trying to make it right”. I told him that their customer service was horrible and he asked “what about YOUR customer service!” I explained that I’m not the one providing a service, you are! I did yell and cuss because he kept talking over me but he ended up yelling and cussing right back, even called me a d*ck head! Also found out that he’s part owner along with Jenny! NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. Would’ve given them 0 stars if I could have.

Love their food great place, unsatisfied with my service today. We order a bit from here, the mistake was made by the phone order taker and the order input. When calling in to let them know i did not recieve me food the way i requested. They replied if it arrived matching the receipt there is nothing they can do. I did not create the order ticket they did and made a mistake and refused to own it. Probably will not stop me from ordering again but needs to be addressed.

At first when I first called I could barely understand the employee talking over the phone. They were being very rude in the first place not knowing my address my address,but I thought there might have been misunderstanding being misunderstood. But Once I asked for the specials he’s said somthing in regards to a Monday special being trying to sell this mediocre pizza in the first place. I made the order for the jumbo pizza. Once I brought up if I needed a coupon for it She/he proceeded to ask what coupon, obviously the coupon you get from inside the pamphlet.. she/he said we don’t have any coupon. If you’re going to offer me the Monday special don’t be so rude when it comes to finishing the order and asking me if I have a coupon which I do have. Regardless I would have paid the regular price for the pizza but when she/he approached me in that manner. I wasn’t pleased how RUDE he was. Short story short Service is very rude at times. Very disappointed.

Dined in on Saturday for the first time with some friends. Very attentive staff. Everyone enjoyed their appetizers and their main course. Pizza reminded me of the excellent thin crust I had as a young child. All of this made our gathering more enjoyable. Worth the 1 hour drive.
