Diablo’s is similar to Chipotle, Qdoba, and Costa Vida. In relation to the other chain restaurants mentioned, this location has a better seating/dinning area by far. It is more update/modern and sleek. Plus they have their own house soda. I highly recommend the “Wicked Cherry”. This is one of the best tasting cherry cokes I have had.

I really like this place because it’s an alternative to the “national chain” The food is tasty and meal comes with chips and salsa which is a plus. I thought the protein portion was good as well but not extremely warm. People were friendly. I got a bowl and asked for extra cheese. She put on just the same amount of cheese that would normally come on it. The person I was with also asked for it and received the same amount. Also, we had a hard time finding a seat that was clean. To be fair it was.around 1245 or so and when we sit down, the employee came.around and cleaned about 10 minutes after we.sit down. Very big plus is the Jones soda on tap! We have used this restaurant before for catering, and would do it again. So many complements on the food. Overall, good, but please find ways to keep the food warmer and to check the dining room more often.

I was very disappointed with my food the hamburger taste, like it had been chewed up and spit back out won’t be going again. Way too overpriced for the quality that we got plus the customer service person just placed the food on the counter and never said the order was ready.

As always, I had nothing but the BEST Tex Mex at Diablo’s today. I saw that the young people behind the counter don’t have name tags, so I can only acknowledge them by mentioning that the 1 o’clock staff today was GREAT. They all had smiles on their faces, and the young lady at the front was the sweetest. They’re the best. (Owners, Please patch the hole up in the ladies’ bathroom. I know a patron did it, but it’s giving me vibes I don’t want in a restaurant..creepy as heck when you’re quickly doing your business)

Our family picked up our order from this restaurant and all the tortilla chips were burnt. Literally all of them. We figured maybe it was just the coloration being off, aesthetics only, so we tried to eat some. It was horrible and we had to throw all our chips out. Because we got it as takeout, the thought of driving back to get it fixed just wasn’t worth it to us. The rest of the meal was fine, hence the 3 stars. I tried calling them to inform them of the issue and nobody answered the phone and I was unable to leave a message.

Just grabbed some chips and queso for a little movie night, and was blown away by the staff this evening. Everyone was easily in their late teens, but gave unexpectedly incredible service surpassing most restaurant teams I come across. Everyone was killing it with a perfect combo of politeness and efficiency of getting people through the line despite the hectic rush hour. I wish I asked their names because each person I came in contact with down the line (four total) absolutely deserve some recognition and some praise from their supervisors. Whoever is in charge of the hiring process and the culture training needs a raise! This is my go-to diablos until I find a reason otherwise.

Last time we’ll come here. I’m never pleased with their portions and food in general. My cilantro rice was gummy and had no flavor, and the chicken was burnt and chewy. On top of that, it was all cold. My boyfriend typically loves diablos and his burrito was lacking flavor too. It’s always consistently not good at this location, and why bother coming here when moes (better food better service better portions) is right down the road. I would think with a competing chain nearby this place would be better.

The staff was nice and that’s why there’s a star. The burrito is basically cold and I waited on my Togo order to be ready when I arrived it was not finished. The quesadilla is not filled all the way. Not worth the money at all.

Food is great! Service is slightly above average most of the time. My one complaint is they have Jones’ rootbeer…by far the best rootbeer. The problem is EVERYONE ELSE seems to think so too, so they consistently run out of the rootbeer. Honestly though…hit up this location and hope they got the rootbeer in stock. You’ll be fat, full and satisfied.

Absolutely insane. Online order took almost an hour to complete. Ordered, walked in 15 minutes later, restaurant was empty, and I’m told they were out of something. I said that was fine and they now begin to actually make the order. 20 minutes go by and an entire entree is missing. Another 20 minutes go by and they don’t follow the printed order. I just take it but by now everything else is ice cold. No manager on site. Just given a cell number that has a full mailbox. Complete ridiculousness in there.
