I really like moes I usually get a burrito with either ground beef or chicken. I prefer the white meat chicken to the adobo. The burrito is really big and filling and they have lots of variety for toppings. I really like the moes sauce (the sauce in the picture) and the chipotle ranch. Their queso is also amazing and it doesn’t cost that much to add it to your burrito. The only complaint I would make is I felt like my burrito didn’t have that much chicken. Other than that moes is really good and I even prefer it to chipotle. They have a really good deal on moes Monday

Absolutely horrible. The tofu home wrecker was unflavored mushy. Nothing like it used to be and I went there plenty of times. They don’t have the tofu ready to serve. They have to cook it as it ordered because the supply and demand. I understand that but the flavoring and the taste is horrible! And no reflection on the workers because they were kind of nice and tried to do the best they could. It’s just that they need a cook!

I’ve never been to a Moe’s till earlier today. The food was great! I gave the service 3 stars because my only issue was that the bathroom was not kept well, and the garbage can was practically overflowing. The atmosphere was chill, and I enjoyed the mall area with my family.

Loved the food but there were 4 employees, a guy who started making my order and he was ok, a young girl who looked new at the job and she did awesome even though the other two saw she needed help were just giving her a look and not helping her at all… those two girls suck really. And at check out it was freaking $15 for a bowl of nachos and drinks were extra ♀️ hated the place service sucked (the two by stander girls)but the food was good… They need a manager to oversee that they are helping each other

Food was actually really good. The service was poor. There was a girl that was obviously struggling/training and the people around her were just watching her flounder. Which I understand learning by fire but it resulted in a long wait time to get our food and a 10 min lunch for me.

I know that Moe’s is a chain. But that said, I really like this place. The food seems pretty fresh and he has some really nice choices on the menu. They give you plenty to eat and having the salsa bar is a nice touch. The workers are also always very friendly as well. It’s not the best food in the world, but if you do have to eat it a chain, it’s one of the better ones.

Food was good but customer service could be better. My girlfriend and I are regulars at Moe’s and it was our first time trying this location. We were both denied cups of water despite the fact that we always get cups of water at any Moe’s we been at. Also, our chips were burnt. We will not be back because we feel like there are better options out there.

I felt bad for the staff. The credit card machine went down during the lunch rush. It was $65 for 3 adults and 1 kid. I think that’s a bit high for 3 Homewreckers (rice bowls), a kids burrito meal, 1 cup of queso and 3 regular beverages. It was not that busy. Lots of empty tables. The floor was a bit disgusting and many tables needed wiped down. One of the beverage machines was down too but the staff was not concerned. How many people does it take to determine what’s wrong with the CC machine and what to do about it? Apparently 4.

Been frequenting this Moes for years, and had the best food and service ever 6/29 when I met the assistant manager Rachel, who was doing an amazing job managing this location. I noticed how great the food was tasting (best burrito ever courtesy of Roxannas amazing burrito skills), how fresh everything looked, and how clean every surface was. Taco Bell lost some customers today lol… only thing I want to comment on is upper management should come see how hot this location is for themselves. Nearby customers were fanning themselves at the inside booths, and my boyfriend was sweating while eating. The staff also appeared hot, and I imagine it must be 10 degrees hotter by the stoves and fryers. This awesome staff deserves not to sweat their butts off in this upcoming hot summer. Thanks Moes team for a great lunch 🙂
