It’s Burger King. The interior has a modern design which is very nice. You’re able to watch the employees make the sandwich, and it may or may not be a bad thing. The person dressing the sandwiches had gloves on, but no hairnet to cover her long ponytail which, when she would turn, would swing over all the sandwiches. I’m surprised her ponytail didn’t have mayo on it. There were about three other employees without a hairnet on. The cashier was really nice. Your order number was called, and you must get up to get it. As soon as the bag was set on the counter, they would turn back around. It’s understandable, they have other orders to make. However, when a customer is obviously standing there to ask for something else (for example: condiments) the employee should address them. Otherwise, the customer stands there waiting to be addressed, before they can start eating. The fries were overly salted and would stick to your fingers, annoying. It’s literally visible how too much salt is present.

They served our family 3 raw chicken sandwiches tonight. The kids didn’t notice until they ate half this mess. You will definitely hear more from me if they end up sick later. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not waste your money going to this place. Garbage. I did make them refund our money but will never eat there again. Do better BK.

First time here since it was rebuilt. My fries were very cold which is my #1 pet peeve at a drive through so it was hard not to leave 1 star. However, what really blew me away was how bad the service was. It was like they grabbed a bunch of people off the street and put them to work that day. The training program needs an overhaul for sure. I think when you are the only one in the drive through, the most basic thing you should expect, is that they know what you ordered when you get to the window since I just told them at the speaker. When I get fast food, I never actually expect excellent service, but the minimum standard would be nice.

If every Burger King could get their act together like this location has . . . .Burger King would have a much better reputation. This store has a pretty diverse crew. Each shift I have dealt with for various meals throughout their business hours has been a nice mix of male and female, white, black, and Hispanic workers. ALL have been professionally and EVEN GOLD OLD FASHIONED FRIENDLY! What a difference!!! They all speak English and you can understand them when ordering and when paying or picking up the food.

Very friendly lady that works in the back, well I think she does anyway… She greeted me with the nicest smile and went out of her way to ask how I was doing, showing genuine care and concern during a tough time in my life… Not even knowing what that small gesture meant to me. I didn’t see her name though she was wearing a name badge, she is truly a beautiful person and I wish everyone could be as kind hearted as she was to a total stranger. I went to this Burger King on 15th and I saw that the drive thru was busy. Surely they have someone at the window taking orders and someone at the counter taking orders. APPARENTLY NOT. I stood there waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes and nothing. Just saw them run around working. Finally gave up and left. I told me the woman coming in as I was leaving and said “Good luck.” Worst Burger king in bay county.

Very unprofessional my wife and I was there Thursday night while approaching the speaker we smelled marijuana there was a bright skin lady (had a managers shirt on) with glasses and dread locs a dark skin male whom had on a yellow shirt they went inside we got to the window only to realize the male took our order employees in street clothes smoking pot with managers how unprofessional poor management and crew . Called to complain the following day and it was even worse shut the whole place down

Today I decided to pull up to the drive through to pick up my husband and I a breakfast sandwich. A woman comes over the mic asking if she can help. There’s no one else even at the restraint much less in line behind me so I ask for a moment to decide which sandwich I want. Not even 30 seconds later the woman was back with an attitude. Rushing me. Asking if there was something on the menu she could help me find. Not even 8 am and the rude attitudes flood out. There just isn’t a need. Getting me through the line 15 seconds earlier really isn’t hurting your day.
